- 2 plátanos bien maduro, 2 huevos, 1 molde previamente acaramelado, 1 cucharada de leche condensada, 1 cucharada de queso rallado, 1 cucharada de margarina, 1 cucharada de pan rallado y 1 cucharada de harina de trigo.
- 2 very ripe plantains, 2 eggs, 1 mold previously caramelized, 1 tablespoon of condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of grated cheese, 1 tablespoon of margarine , 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs and 1 tablespoon of wheat flour.

- Retirar la concha de los plátanos.
- Remove the skin from the plantains.
- Hacer el puré de plátano con el procesador.
- Make the plantain puree with the processor.
- Agregar los huevos y mezclar.
- Add the eggs and mix.
- Añadir la margarina y mezclar.
- Add the margarine and mix.
- Incorporar la leche condensada y el queso.
- Add the condensed milk and cheese.
- Agregar la cucharada de pan rallado.
- Add the tablespoon of breadcrumbs.
- Agregar la cucharada de harina de trigo.
- Add the tablespoon of wheat flour.
- Mezclar hasta que esté espesa.
- Mix until thick.
- Verter la mezcla en el molde acaramelado.
- Pour the mixture into the caramel mold.
- Hornear por 15 minutos, o hasta que doren.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Dejar reposar y desmoldar.
- Let rest and unmold.
