Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la receta de una rica sopa de pollo. Les cuento que fue la primera vez que me toco preparar este plato, gracias a Dios conté con el apoyo de mi madre, una mujer con mucha sazón en la elaboración de alimentos y muy amorosa para transmitir sus conocimientos en la cocina. La preparación de este plato puede variar en algunos de los ingredientes, es común ver en los hogares elaborar este rico hervido en cualquier día de la semana.

Preparación-Preparation

Para preparar la sopa se requieren los siguientes ingredientes: presas de pollo, aliños: ajies, cebolla, ajo y cebollin; luego picamos las verduras y los jojotos.

Después de sofreír el pollo, agregamos a la olla las verduras (auyama, chaco, ocumos y yuca) y le echamos el agua, agregamos sal tapamos y dejamos cocinar durante 40 minutos aproximadamente.

Lista la sopa podemos servirla y acompañarla con casabe o con lo que tengan en el momento como arepa y aguacate, para disfrutar de una rica sopa, este plato me trae buenos recuerdos cuando mi madre me estaba enseñando, como elaborar este plato para ella, me había quedado muy sabrosa la sopa, sentí mucha alegría y ganas de seguir aprendiendo de la mano de mi madre querida. Anímense a preparar una sabrosa sopa para su familia y disfrutarla en el día de la semana que así lo planifiquen.
