Ponches de Frutas: Parchita. // Fruit Punch: Parchita.

Hola mis queridos amigos de esta comunidad dentro de esta gran colmena HIVE, somos como las abejas que somos muy laboriosas y siempre andamos haciend algo. Asi como ahora que hice este rico ponche de frutas en este caso con parchita pero con las conchas de esta fruta. Si porque hay frutas con las cuales con las conchas podemos hacer estos ponches.

So now I made this delicious fruit punch in this case with parchita but with the shells of this fruit. Yes, because there are fruits with which we can make these punches with the shells.

Ingredientes: * Cascaras o conchas de las parchitas. * Agua suficiente. * Azucar. * Sobre de frutas en este caso Parchita. * Ron al gusto.

Paso a paso. 1.- Lavemos bien las cascaras o conchas de las parchitas, cubrirlas con agua suficiente, ponerlas a hervir hasta que estas esten blandas. Tapar y bajar la llama, que no se seque mucho el agua.
1.- Let's wash well the shells or shells of the parchitas, cover them with enough water, put them to boil until they are soft. Cover and lower the flame, so that the water does not dry out too much.

2.- Ya una vez blandas apagar y dejar que se enfrie bien, para sacar la pulpa de la cascara, quedara una fina piel, que se bota.
2.-Once soft, turn off and let it cool down well, to remove the pulp from the shell, a thin skin will remain, which is thrown away.

3.- Esta pulpa se lleva a la licuadora con el agua donde se sancocho, si ven que es poca, pueden agregar mas agua, licuar subiendo la velocidad de la licuadora.
3.- This pulp is taken to the blender with the water where it was parboiled, if you see that it is not enough, you can add more water, blend increasing the speed of the blender.

4.- Agregar el azucar poco a poco al gusto.

5.- Como es la concha no va saber mucho a parchita, por eso debemos agregar bien sea la pulpa de la misma fruta o una esencia o en polvo. La cascara es para qe quede grueso o espeso, porque los ponches deben quedar espesos o gruesos.

6.- Seguir licuando hasta que se hayan unido todo, aqui le agregamos tambien ron al gusto, puede ser aqui, pero si hay niñas sacarles un poco aparte a ellos. 7.- Ya una vez listo el ponche envasar en botellas y guardar en la nevera, si este se deja varios dias se pone mejor porque se fermenta, por lo citrico de la fruta.

Puedes hacer ponches de varias frutas y luego mezclarlas y hacer un ponche tropical.
Ya con esto estoy haciendo con tiempo los ponches para celebrar mi cumpleaños que ya viene pronto je je je.
