Heute habe ich eine sommerliche Inspo für euch, womit man die letzten Sommertage noch genüsslich süß genießen kann :)
Eine selbstgemachte Himbeer Raffaello Creme die nicht ganz so ungesund ist und wirklich einfach. Na dann legt mal loooooos.

Today I have a summery inspo for you, with which you can enjoy the last summer days still sweetly :)
A homemade raspberry Raffaello cream that is not so unhealthy and really easy. Well, let's start!
Zutaten:
150g Himbeeren
30g Kokos Flocken
1 handvoll Mandeln
250g Topfen oder Quark wie man so schön in Deutschland sagt 😉
4 Stück Raffaellos
Augenmaß Agavendicksaft
70g Naturjoghurt von Alpro ohne Zucker
50 ml Wasser

ingredients:
150gr raspberries
30gr coconut flakes
1 handful of almonds
250gr curd cheese
4 pieces Raffaello
Eye measurement agave syrup
70gr Alpro natural yoghurt without sugar
50 mm water
Je nachdem wie süß ihr es haben wollt, einfach bisschen mehr Agavendicksaft, Kokos Flocken oder mehr Raffaellos dazugeben.
Alle Zutaten einfach in einen Zerkleinerer geben und pürieren.

Depending on how sweet you want it to be, just add a bit more agave syrup, coconut flakes or more Raffaellos.
Simply put all ingredients into a chopper and puree.
Im Anschluss in schöne Dessertgläser füllen (ich habe dafür einfach türkische Teegläser verwendet) und als Topping eine Raffaello Kugel/Himbeeren oder je nachdem auf was ihr Lust habt, drauf setzen. Und fertig ist das himmlisch süße und leichte Dessert.

Afterwards fill into nice dessert glasses (I simply used Turkish tea glasses for this) and as a topping add a Raffaello ball/raspberries or whatever you feel like. And the heavenly sweet and light dessert is ready.
