Das Problem ist das Gewaltmonopol - es veführt zum Missbrauch durch jene die es inne haben.
Im Grunde sollte jeder im Stande sein, jene die sein Leib, sein Leben und sein Eigentum begehren dafür ggf. persönlich zur Verantwortung zu ziehen.
Dezentrale Gewaltenkontrolle ist daher durchaus erstrebenswert.
