Schon einige Zeit her da hat mein Freund Viktor seine Versuche ein Wienerschnitzel zu machen eingestellt Viki's Cooking: Wiener Schnitzel 🍋 (New Attempt).
Ich bin zwar Künstler, aber Kochen habe ich als Selbstverteidigung lernen müssen als ich noch in Kanada lebte (meine ehemaligen Angetrauten konnten nicht Wiener Küche).

Some time ago my friend Viktor posted about his attempts to make a Wiener Schnitzel Viki's Cooking: Wiener Schnitzel 🍋 (New Attempt).
I'm an artist, but I had to learn to cook as a self-defense when I was still living in Canada (my former wives couldn't cook Viennese cuisine).

Ich verrate erst zum Schluss was das ist - I only reveal at the end what this is

Spaß halber habe ich das erste Foto meiner Schwester auf WhatsApp geschickt mit dieser Unterschrift: Bin beim Nachtmahl kochen. Diesmal gibt es Würmer, alles andere verursacht bei mir Sodbrennen.

Just for fun, I sent the first photo to my sister on WhatsApp with this text: I'm cooking dinner. This time these are worms, everything else is causing me heartburn.

Ja, ich weiß, Ostern ist vorbei, aber hier in Österreich befinden wir uns frühestens bis in die erste Maiwoche in einer längeren Oster-Sperre.

Yes, I know, Easter is over, but here in Austria we are still in a prolonged Easter Lockdown until first week of May at the earliest.

Also zur Aufklärung, das sind keine "Würmer" sonder ein Truthahn Geschnetzeltes.
So to clarify, these are not "worms" but chopped turkey.

Ich erwähnte Selbstverteidigungskochen - dies ist ein Kochbuch mit Wiener Rezepten von Franz Ruhm, das mir meine Mutter nach Kanada geschickt hat.

I mentioned Self Defense cooking - this is a cookbook of Vienna recipes by Franz Ruhm, which my mother sent to me when I was in Canada.

Kochen als Selbstverteidigung 😄 Sieht lecker aus, das sollte ich auch einmal probieren zu kochen.

Ist einfach, und man kann es geschmacklich variieren (verschiedene Gewürze und Kräuter, z.B. mit Hendl statt Kapern verwende Paprika und etwas Cayenne). Kommt auch darauf an was man für Fleisch verwendet. Es ist fast unmöglich da etwas falsch zu machen.
