All of us who work as teachers have certainly done group learning in the classroom. And each of our groups has a task for them to complete and they work on together. In groups, of course, filled with individuals who have different abilities and backgrounds. Not infrequently, the performance of the group runs less than optimal. Active participants tend to dominate all work. So to overcome this, I want to share a technique so that small groups in the learning process can be more effective.

The roles that I have summarized above, are simple techniques that we can use to make the small groups we have formed more effective.
