Do what you like

Keep doing what you like. I like to draw your picture, draw a picture. You like to sing, sing. I like reading your story books, read story books. I like your writing, write. You like to do math, do math. You like to go for a walk, go for a walk.
You can do whatever you like, but you don't have to do it for any purpose. I mean, you like to play cricket, so you have to be a cricketer - not that. Don't be so much a careerist at the beginning of life. Enjoy. Enjoy. It feels good to play, play. I like to read, read. You like to climb mountains, so you have to be a mountaineer, no need to think in advance.

Shakib Al Hasan's father was also a player. They encouraged the boy in sports. But Shakib used to play more and more cricket. He used to fall in love with cricket all the time. For this, Shakib Al Hasan's father cut off his son's cricket bat. He is said to have cut three or four cricket bats. And like all parents, Shakib Al Hasan's parents must have wanted the boy to be a doctor or an engineer when he grows up. But the boy loves cricket. He went to Narail from Magura and joined the cricket camp. There he caught the eye of selectors. He was brought to BKSP near Dhaka. Shakib continued his studies and sports from the BKSP hostel. We got the number one all-rounder in the world.

Our cricketer Mostafiz was in a village 40 km away from Satkhira. He also played cricket very much. His father also left three tutors for his son. Yet the boy only plays cricket. Mostafiz's brother-in-law used to take him on a motorcycle to Satkhira for 40 km every day. Mostafiz used to learn cricket at the Sundarbans Cricket Academy there. Through this we got cricketer Mostafiz.

When Sachin Tendulkar was young, meetings were held at their house. Sachin's father is a good poet. The topic of their meeting is, will little Sachin be sent to a hostel far away to learn cricket? At the end of the meeting it was decided, yes, to be sent. The younger Sachin left the family and went to the hostel.
From all these incidents we understand that whoever likes it, he should be allowed to do it. And in order to run after this feeling, you have to give up something in life. You also have to accept the hardships.

How to be successful

Don't let oil fall from your spoon
I have told this story many times. I say again. I found the story in the book Alchemist by Paolo Coelho.
A boy was sent by his father to the house of the wisest man in the world for advice. The boy climbed the hill, crossed the desert and came to the palace of the wise man. The wise man was sitting and talking with a few other people.
The boy handed his father's letter to a wise man and said, "My father sent me for advice." You advise me.

The wise man said, I will advise you. I'll give you a spoon before that. Filling this spoon with oil. You look around the house. But there is a condition that the oil does not fall from your spoon. The boy walked around the whole house. He came back and said, now give me advice.

The wise man said, tell me what is in the next room?
I can't say.
In his next room?
I can't say.
Why not?
Because I was looking at the spoon all the time, so that the oil would not fall from the spoon. So I could not look at what was around.
The wise man said, "You go again." You will have a spoon in your hand, you will have oil in your spoon, you will not be able to throw that oil away; But you have to be able to tell, what's in a room!

The boy looked around the house with a spoon in his hand. Said, this time I can tell what is in a room. There is a beautiful picture in the next room, there is a beautiful carpet in the next room. Another room has flowers.
The wise man said, where is your spoon oil?
The boy looked and saw that the oil had fallen from the spoon.

The wise man said, "This is my advice to you." Oil cannot fall from our spoons. But we have to see what is happening around us. Something to enjoy, to enjoy, to take part in, to enjoy, to celebrate. Do it, but do not let the oil fall from the spoon.

We will do what we like. I will take part in it. We will read a lot of books, play a lot, walk a lot, go for a walk. We will attend cultural events, sing, dance, recite, club, science club, photography club, book club, adventure club — everything. But we will also read our exams. Our results should not be too bad.

How to be successful

It is also good to get good test results
In today's world of automation can be a daunting task. We all know that Rabindranath Tagore was a problem child. He has been admitted to one school after another. His mind did not settle in any school. He was sent to England to study barristery. There too he returned to the country without studying barrister. As a child, Einstein was considered a boy by Bokasoka. But as the saying goes, you can't become Rabindranath just by running away from school. Rabindranath, Kazi Nazrul Islam, Einstein — these are geniuses. Uniquely talented. The rules of the school, the traditional education could not fill their minds. But in today's age good fruit is needed. Let's talk about Humayun Ahmed. But he stood second in the secondary examination. That means he was second on the board among all the children who took the matriculation exam. He also passed MSc in the first division in the university. Later he came from America with a PhD. Good student, good writer again.

This time I will talk about a scientist. His name is M Zahid Hasan. He is a professor and researcher at Princeton University. He discovered the vial fermion particle, which scientists have been searching for for more than 70 years. He did research in the laboratory where Einstein worked. This M Zahid Hasan stood second in the secondary examination from Dhanmondi Boys School. He became first in ISC examination. This means that if you do well in the test, there are many benefits in the next life. And to take this society and civilization forward, we need good scientists, technologists, engineers, doctors, lawyers, agriculturists, philosophers, researchers, thinkers, thinkers, economists. If you are not a good student, it is difficult to get the opportunity to do such research in today's world. So if you are a good student, we will be very happy. We will also encourage you.

Now we will notice another aspect of the life of Humayun Ahmed and Zahid Hasan. Both of them were associated with writing, art, literature and culture from their childhood. We read the biography of Humayun Ahmed, they had a literary atmosphere in their home. Handwritten magazines were taken out. Literary magazines were published. Drama was staged.

And I have a book by M Zahid Hasan. The name of the book is Come to the Kingdom of Comets. Zahid Hasan has been writing in science magazines since he was a teenager in Dhaka. Abdullah Muti used to meet Mr. Sharfuddin and start a science movement with his enthusiasm.
That doesn't mean just being a good student. Literature-art-culture must be practiced. Lots of books to read.

Again, it is not necessary to practice only art-literature-culture. Institutional education should also be continued well. It is better if you can do the test results well.

Thanks you everyone
