Project planning

Hello friends!

Currently in basic education in our country, the implementation of various projects is proposed during the school year in order to meet certain objectives, and especially seeks that the activities are carried out in the company of parents and that children are guided at home to develop projects with great originality and creativity, thus sharing knowledge and family.

On the one hand, carrying out this type of activities is very rewarding, since together they can contribute ideas for the development of the topic with the participation of family members. However, it can also be very frustrating for many parents if it is not possible to finish on time, to deliver on time and as expected.

That is why, particularly, this type of activities has led me in this post to highlight the importance of having a correct organization and planning, the search for different ways to create the habit of study in order to devote the required time and achieve fulfill the assigned activities in a satisfactory manner.

Basically, the projects consist of an oral presentation of a specific topic in front of classmates and the elaboration of the respective support material. In these cases I have found it very useful to follow some tips to work at a good pace and in a very organized way.

You should start by selecting a place at home to carry out the activities, where you are comfortable, with good lighting, away from distracting agents such as televisions, telephones, among others, and use the computers only to search for information required for the project. Keeping the work site tidy and performing tasks neatly.

A calendar of activities can be drawn up where the dates and activities to be carried out each day are set, so that progress can be checked and it will be easier to break down the task into several simple activities until it is completed, thus avoiding leaving everything to the last minute, working in a hurry and perhaps leaving the task incomplete.

The calendar of activities can be accompanied by an established schedule, taking advantage of the morning hours where you have more energy for the activities that require more effort and dedication and then the simpler tasks, taking into account the time to rest, eat or perform activities that allow you to disconnect and thus avoid stress, anxiety and demotivation.

Once the tasks have been distributed, it is important to make a sketch or outline of the ideas that you have to develop the project, and thus give it shape until you get what you want. This will also allow to look for the necessary material to work, either books, notebooks, pencils, sheets of paper, among others, thus saving time and making the most of it.

The work can be divided into the development of the topic, the elaboration of the support material and finally the presentation. In the case of the content of the topic, a summary of the most important aspects of the topic can be made, also making diagrams and mind maps that contribute to a better understanding. In the case of support material, very creative illustrations can be made with images, phrases or key words, diagrams, among others.

For the mastery of the subject it is very important to review every day to achieve greater confidence and clarify doubts in time to be prepared for any questions.

Finally, it is necessary to maintain constancy in the fulfillment of the planned activities and commitment to achieve the goals, otherwise you will have to make all the effort a few days before resulting in low grades, poor work, fatigue and exhaustion.

As we can see, planning allows saving time, increasing performance and obtaining better results, so we must encourage our children study habits.

For the moment I say goodbye, thanks for reading!

Planning and Consistency is key. Thanks

That's right my friend @ifeanalytics, if you want to achieve your goals you have to create habits that lead us to improve every day.

It is not enough to have project. But when one does not plan effectively, one project will soon fail

Certainly, failure is the product of many factors, among them the absence of good planning, so we must improve in these aspects. Thanks for reading and commenting
