I'm actually struggling to find any laws in Georgia for 2020 that limit the drop off to one household and one ballot box. Do you have a source for this information?
Do you remember the name of the court case that convicted someone with finger prints? I'd love to have a look at it. I think generally though we need to remember that 2020 was very much pandemic times and people were being extremely careful with what they touched, washing their groceries, etc.
