They can know if the mule confirms and testifies, and if you consider that the mule was making Multiple Drops, TEN OR MORE. GPS has been very accurate for a while, with an 8 decimal place for precision, at 6 decimal places you're within 1 foot/person level. At 8 you're measuring a fraction of an inch. Take out your phone and try it.
