You do realize the pipeline is over one inch thick Steel covered by almost 4 inches of concrete casing. You do realize that shape charges would hardly do much than put a hole in it, and something less the a pound of c4 regardless how effectively directed will hardly penetrate the steel and at the most, will certainly not generate a total collapse.
