Just because they're at war doesn't mean they can be corrupt. The rulers of Ukraine should use the taxes of the people and donations from all over the world in their just struggle in the most efficient way. Thanks for your nice comment my friend 🙏

Corruption during a war is pretty bad. Just ask Russia.
