Just because they're at war doesn't mean they can be corrupt. The rulers of Ukraine should use the taxes of the people and donations from all over the world in their just struggle in the most efficient way. Thanks for your nice comment my friend 🙏
Cleaning up the country and reducing the corruption? Big bold step. A d the example of these individuals being caught is going to make more changes than we realize.
Corruption during a war is pretty bad. Just ask Russia.
