On a related note, why is it the world's biggest and best health care systems are the ones failing to handle the pandemic? If you sort countries by deaths per capita, the worst countries supposedly have the best health care systems.

Well they didn't really renege on it, at least not Kerkhove, she tried to include explanations about other data to say that it's not certain that this is the case lol. Like the high ups got calls from Gates who told them to clean up the mess, this isn't what your suppose to be telling people. Like sharpshot said, probably more old people, and the US is lowest in health in all developed countries.
