Thank you for posting this, I'm on the same page. I have a friend who is an attorney, he just got married! This guy knows about as much as we do about the world. Interesting that he settles accident cases and does class actions over big pharma injuries. I think that is doing pretty good at steering clear from a lot of the railroading cases out there. After studying stuff like InPower, I did some studying of the 'legal' here in the United States enough to try and an idea of the full picture. Basically, the take away is there is balance even in legal but many, including attorneys, don't know their own power therefore don't know how to access justice to the point where they can find it when it involves these higher-ups. I don't know enough to say someone can't be an attorney and bring justice all the way up, however, I do here they better know how to defend that bar card; it sounds very involved. This is probably the reason we see higher ups getting off. Even just bringing this up can be quit shocking when your heavily invested in carrier decision. It is going to take some skill to work with people in this position unless they have already done the work. Same thing for Judges, some have bar cards.
For everyone else, or former attorneys, or attorneys that do not depend on their bar card, going into the higher jurisdiction is orders of magnitude simpler but enforcement is the challenge. I think the simple approach for some is to give up the idea that one is going to get paid and, rather, get these crimes documented in high numbers. I love Cal's view of the "spirit realm" and, if we really are all spirits and all connected, I can't see how that would not effect the thoughts and actions on the other side. Basically, it is chipping away at it. Many empires have collapsed in the past and when they do I see people wake up and create new laws like Racketeering or stuff like the Nuremberg Code. So, it is clear to me that the tables can turn in a big way because we have evidence of it. I think having strong lawful notices/contracts will be very useful when this happens in addition to the chance that it does send them running, or turn them around to help, etc. before a big historic event. Thinking it all the way though, we have to consider that if the other side can afford to pay something off as some so-called higher-ups can, it may be considered settled and they have satisfied the matter. If they did pay of something from higher law too, would it not set precedence that it is legit? I'm fine with that too, getting quick payouts is perhaps not necessarily the best goal when the crime has been causing death/s.

I think tracking the true story of the formation of the US (and Canadian/Australian) system is very challenging, partially because the people that founded it were corrupt 'double' agents who deliberately set out to spin a story of liberation that really wasn't. It was a repeat of the Magna Carta in some senses, from England - hundreds of years earlier. Even today, some 'sovereign' groups still cling to the notion that the Magna Carta is a tool of liberation whereas in truth it simply inserts a management team in between 'the top' and 'the bottom' of society's artificial power structure.
Liberation requires true respect for free will as a baseline - which is something that humans have no reference for as it has never been a chosen path or allowed to manifest (yet).
I'm not sure about the USSA (lol), but in Britain I have been told that to hold a bar membership, the lawyer/barrister has to swear an oath to 'the crown', whereby they agree to put the crown's interests ahead of their clients. This effectively means that people pay lawyers who literally lie to them as part of their job (hence 'lawyer' being so close to 'liar', no doubt). Having seen undercover video of police acknowledging that they know that in reality they have no power over the population without 'the consent of the governed' being (tacitly) given - I no longer have any faith that lawyers are any better or more honest. I am fairly clear that the majority are consciously treasonous against the reality of the true nature of humans as self sovereign beings.
Yes, agreed. The threat of massive payouts is a shock to the system controllers but the real shift has to come from the victims (almost everyone) simply redirecting their energy through the awareness of the need to do so.
We absolutely are, yes. There is definitely an energetic reality to the oneness of all things which directly effects the way human events manifest on Earth. That being said, it is very challenging to determine the exact nature of it from this level of manifest form, since our own perception is part of what shapes it all to begin with. In some senses it is like trying to measure a ruler with itself or measure your own memory with your own memory. This is where meditation and the ability to holistically silence the mind is very important.
That is true, but they have also tended to go on mass killing sprees at times too. Remain vigilant!
Provided we end denial, stop blocking out details for convenience, stop jumping to conclusions and are sure to lovingly bond thinking with emotion in our own heart - we will be able to stop over-riding free will in a consistent way. Once we are no longer overriding free will, we essentially stop karma and find balance. The only right response to a mass compression and denial of free will is the unconditional acceptance of free will. <3
