This is the first in a series of videos from the InPower movement, from 2017, called 'A Mass Action of Liability'.
This is a complex topic but the short version is that governments (and other, major corporate bodies) have been so thoroughly corrupted for so long that the masses of people do not know how to turn the tables. These groups have stolen the power of the people and deliberately covered up the methods of remedy that are open to people. Even paid lawyers will tend to deny what is explained in this video series and try to protect the corrupt system that they are part of.
In Power is advocating for a mechanism in law that I have used myself (over 10 years ago), in Britain, to prevent corrupt 'lawmakers' and agents from acting to do harm against me through government policeis.
By stating (using correct terminology) that state agents are being held personally liable for their enforcement of certain policies and by us correctly understanding the way that we have been deliberately hoodwinked for hundreds of years to misinterpret the nature of jurisdicition within nations and the 'legal' systems, we force the balance of justice in our favour.
I have often shared the early videos such as 'Strawman: The Nature of the cage', so it's good to see these understandings expanding to a wider audience and in particular to the US region.

Thank you for posting this, I'm on the same page. I have a friend who is an attorney, he just got married! This guy knows about as much as we do about the world. Interesting that he settles accident cases and does class actions over big pharma injuries. I think that is doing pretty good at steering clear from a lot of the railroading cases out there. After studying stuff like InPower, I did some studying of the 'legal' here in the United States enough to try and an idea of the full picture. Basically, the take away is there is balance even in legal but many, including attorneys, don't know their own power therefore don't know how to access justice to the point where they can find it when it involves these higher-ups. I don't know enough to say someone can't be an attorney and bring justice all the way up, however, I do here they better know how to defend that bar card; it sounds very involved. This is probably the reason we see higher ups getting off. Even just bringing this up can be quit shocking when your heavily invested in carrier decision. It is going to take some skill to work with people in this position unless they have already done the work. Same thing for Judges, some have bar cards.
For everyone else, or former attorneys, or attorneys that do not depend on their bar card, going into the higher jurisdiction is orders of magnitude simpler but enforcement is the challenge. I think the simple approach for some is to give up the idea that one is going to get paid and, rather, get these crimes documented in high numbers. I love Cal's view of the "spirit realm" and, if we really are all spirits and all connected, I can't see how that would not effect the thoughts and actions on the other side. Basically, it is chipping away at it. Many empires have collapsed in the past and when they do I see people wake up and create new laws like Racketeering or stuff like the Nuremberg Code. So, it is clear to me that the tables can turn in a big way because we have evidence of it. I think having strong lawful notices/contracts will be very useful when this happens in addition to the chance that it does send them running, or turn them around to help, etc. before a big historic event. Thinking it all the way though, we have to consider that if the other side can afford to pay something off as some so-called higher-ups can, it may be considered settled and they have satisfied the matter. If they did pay of something from higher law too, would it not set precedence that it is legit? I'm fine with that too, getting quick payouts is perhaps not necessarily the best goal when the crime has been causing death/s.
You are welcome! I think tracking the true story of the formation of the US (and Canadian/Australian) system is very challenging, partially because the people that founded it were corrupt 'double' agents who deliberately set out to spin a story of liberation that really wasn't. It was a repeat of the Magna Carta in some senses, from England - hundreds of years earlier. Even today, some 'sovereign' groups still cling to the notion that the Magna Carta is a tool of liberation whereas in truth it simply inserts a management team in between 'the top' and 'the bottom' of society's artificial power structure.
Liberation requires true respect for free will as a baseline - which is something that humans have no reference for as it has never been a chosen path or allowed to manifest (yet).
I'm not sure about the USSA (lol), but in Britain I have been told that to hold a bar membership, the lawyer/barrister has to swear an oath to 'the crown', whereby they agree to put the crown's interests ahead of their clients. This effectively means that people pay lawyers who literally lie to them as part of their job (hence 'lawyer' being so close to 'liar', no doubt). Having seen undercover video of police acknowledging that they know that in reality they have no power over the population without 'the consent of the governed' being (tacitly) given - I no longer have any faith that lawyers are any better or more honest. I am fairly clear that the majority are consciously treasonous against the reality of the true nature of humans as self sovereign beings.
Yes, agreed. The threat of massive payouts is a shock to the system controllers but the real shift has to come from the victims (almost everyone) simply redirecting their energy through the awareness of the need to do so.
We absolutely are, yes. There is definitely an energetic reality to the oneness of all things which directly effects the way human events manifest on Earth. That being said, it is very challenging to determine the exact nature of it from this level of manifest form, since our own perception is part of what shapes it all to begin with. In some senses it is like trying to measure a ruler with itself or measure your own memory with your own memory. This is where meditation and the ability to holistically silence the mind is very important.
That is true, but they have also tended to go on mass killing sprees at times too. Remain vigilant!
Provided we end denial, stop blocking out details for convenience, stop jumping to conclusions and are sure to lovingly bond thinking with emotion in our own heart - we will be able to stop over-riding free will in a consistent way. Once we are no longer overriding free will, we essentially stop karma and find balance. The only right response to a mass compression and denial of free will is the unconditional acceptance of free will. <3

I hesitate to believe the people who are dishonorable enough to impose themselves upon us will suddenly honor our rights if we use the right magic words, but even if it works sporadically, it's progress.
You got it. I imagine it gets harder for them when they have a duty and obligation to honor contracts, there is certified evidence of a contract that gave due process to the other side, and with laws saying they can't ignore that. Not to mention, many are required to have insurance to operate (a 3rd party risk).
I have personally used this approach in Britain twice and it worked both times - it really is like a magic toolkit. It is possible to get it wrong but it genuinely appears that this is a powerful approach.
I am catching up on the Smart Meter controversy. I always figured it was an issue we with possibly causing fires in Paradise, CA, or maybe some EMF radiation similar to a cell phone. http://www.smartmetereducationnetwork.com/dirty-electricity-and-smart-meters.php talks about an issue regarding the current in the entire house caused by this. Starting to follow a link to http://magneigh.blogspot.com/2013/07/once-again-ive-found-my-way-to-this.html , I see that not only is the blog removed, but archive.org has captures showing with links that say the page is not captured! I guess the WayBack Machine is not immune to censorship, after all.

Thanks for the link, but this one is all about privacy and such rights. I will have keep looking for the health effects. Many of the sites I see that describe dirty electricity have the same description of it. Maybe when we have a drug to treat its effects then we'll have some well-funded and publicized studies on it. :/
Ok, I see. Oddly, bio-electromagnetic research seams to be missing from the education system. From what I gather, people can go through an adjustment when exposed to new forms of EMF (like a detox), but they can also become more sensitive with exposure (like an allergy which just gets worse and worse with exposure). And, the frequencies choose seem to be a terrible choice because they just happen to interfere with the bonds of water and air. That is probably why they can observe, using a simple microscope, changes in the blood cells. Finally, best to stay well balanced in minerals and avoid modern pollution like barium so the body does not pick up man-made magnetic particles from the environment which they say can become build into the body like the nervous system making it receptive to EMF. These are modern day weapons deployed via commercial means.
