RE: TRUST CDC.GOV

People can complain all they want but the fact of the matter is there will never be a way they can explain away a hundred and sixty thousand some deaths in a six month period compared to the average flu season of September through the spring of only forty to fifty thousand people....this virus has done tripled that.

Excellent point. WE SHOULD ONLY LOOK AT "DEATHS FROM ALL CAUSES" COMPARED YEAR-OVER-YEAR.

A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE DYING, MORE THAT TWICE AS MANY AS EXPECTED IN NYC. BUT NOT EVERYWHERE.

Sort:

Places where deaths were high, like NYC, kicked dying people out of hospitals where they were receiving the best care into nursing homes, where they died in droves without that medical care.

Nursing homes are money-grubbing deathtraps.

If you have twice as many people you are going to have twice as many deaths.

Are you suggesting the population of NYC has doubled between 2019 and 2020?
