I've never came across a report of covid19 as direct death cause, it's either covid19 was a helping hand or not even related.
I'm guessing we don't even have the accurate measures for testing. Someone I know just literally showed all the symptoms and not one national hospital in my region took the action to quarantine her or test her, they just let her go home afraid and wondering.
