Furthermore there's a vast difference between opinion and violence. Right?
Legalities. I'd like to hear more.
Sorry you have to deal with this. But then... we all do. ❤️

I'm sorry to get involved, but it is in the hope's to help...I'm afraid you don't really understand web3 or decentralizes....the whole purpose of it is that it can not be controlled by anyone entity,it is supposed to be above& behind the law! Online wild west!
Imagine someone gives a kid a brick of gold...the government doesn't know about the kid or the gold, yet you expect the law should protect both! It makes no sense,or it makes it impossible, better sayd! Hive has no headquarters or CEOs...most Witness are anonymous,if you didn't realize that, and they just run a nod, they won't be responsible for the content! Hive has about over 500 nods, they all run the interface you use. What you are asking is to integrate web2 here, which makes the whole Blockchain pointless! You can go to EOS platform then, which is created by the same Dan that made Steem/Hive codding...and they become a failure because of that!
The point I'm trying to make is that if you loose your kid in to the wild, who you gonna sue?who is at fault?who is gonna get her gold back? No one.
And leave alone that troll, and he will stop! What I see is that you wanna keep it on,you keep going back to provoke him..
Sorry - I must add...
We could put the most secure system into place tech wise and a malevolent competitor could simple walk in with some buddies and destroy the community with exact tactics like these, by the way.
Why not just hassle and abuse the top content creators (not calling myself one of them but, after some research, I've seen quite a few very high quality and skilled content creators leave and I'd be curious to know why since their content was generating very good earnings).
See?
This is worth a fight for a community like this - with the people and skills (and earnings, by the way - way up there compared to other decentralized social media) it contains.
Are we going to let some bad apples, with possibly very bad intentions, destroy it from the inside because we want to be "nice"?
:D I think not, dude. Again. Fuck that! Game on! And he hasn't done his due diligence on who he's fucking with btw.
Silly boy.
Still waiting for feedback from @jpliberty although I know the Aussie court is supposed to rule this month and he may be busy dealing with that. I do feel this is important though. Or am I being "dramatic". Us women can be so emotional y'know 🙄 ;)
last thing and then I'll leave this here because it's a lot. But I do so appreciate you.
A court has the capacity to order identities and personal info be released. Of course.
So if we really want to protect the freedom and privacy of individuals this must be addressed at some stage. It's a ticking time bomb. Really. Especially with government and banking systems wanting to shut this all down asap.
See?
Always the bigger picture in community. First. With personal motivation, bias and prejudice set aside if possible. But that takes time. Only human, of course <3
I'm afraid you really don't understand yet,the whole Blockchain thing...😕
Well. I am new to the tech. But not to the peoples :)
Not much difference if we don't change as well. We will create the same systems but just with different tech!
As we do.
I do understand the philosophy though. And the same applies. If it's not practiced then why even profess it to be so? It's just good marketing then. Nothing functional. See?
I'll wait it out and will keep on engaging and learning. Of course.
But what do you mean when you say "the whole blockchain thing"?
But I do need to learn more about the tech still so feedback appraciated.
And that it is totally "private" - I disagree. Nothing online is private at all. Anything can be traced. Anybody can be found.
And that it is set up to promote freedom. Like. But this comes with responsibility. Of course. We are a part of humanity, after all. And there are laws. Do I disagree with some of them? Sure! Does that mean I can break them without being held accountable by official institutions that I don't particularly agree with? No.
It is what it is.
But I'd love to hear more of your perspective and opinion. Yes please!
Scuse typos. Really struggling with the phone thing. I'm about to take a few days offline to rest my eyes again
I'll tell you something else, my darling.
Government won't even stick to the legalities. They'll do wtf they want to, when they want to, how they want to and to who they want to. If only to make a very big point. Okay?
If you think anyone is safe, even if they aren't breaking the law, in these times... I think I need to bring you a good cup of coffee asap!
Nope. We should keep things as clean and tidy as possible and fly under the radar.
I already can't by crypto anymore with my account over here. Happened in the last few months.
This is happening and the battle is officially on. And we have some kid who feels safe because he's behind a keyboard, pretty clearly displaying what is in current legislation considered criminal behaviour... thinking he's clever because he knows a bit about Web3.
Against corporate banking cartels who can afford pretty much anything. While they would love nothing more than to shut down everything crypto related as fast as humanly possible. While the community turns a blind eye and pretends it's all good because it's the wild west and we are untouchable.
Fucking genius, I tell ya! 🙄 Baah, I mean. But perhaps he doesn't care about Web3 or this blockchain. One would have to ask him and I'm a bit tired to converse with him right now
