ActBlue: Nothing More Than an Illegal Democrat Slush Fund

WASHINGTON, DC (@ZENINEWS) — Since at least the Obama years, and likely before, the Democrats and Deep State, the OSD M, have used foreign entities such as Iran, Ukraine, N. Korea, and other countries as a slush fund as pointed out in other articles. The money would be sent in the form of foreign aid or pallets of cash as was the case with the Iran nuclear deal, and then funneled back through offshore accounts.

The Trump administration has put an end to this practice. A large part of the current social upheaval has more to do with funding the Deep State than a grassroots movement protesting the death of George Floyd. Through ActBlue, BLM is channeling millions into the coffers of the DNC.

What’s going on is patently illegal, and as pointed out in the BLM article it amounts to billions of dollars. Black Lives Matters is less a black advocacy group than a fund-raising scheme for Democrats — one that allows corporations to channel funds directly to the Democrats through BLM.

“Once again, the criminal actions in this country continue without any justice being brought. Now, why is that? It now looks like BlackLivesMatter.com is nothing more than an international money laundering outlet for the Democrat National Committee. In a recent report, donations, including international funding to BlackLivesMatter.com eventually end up in the hands of the DNC.” 1

The riots have not only destroyed many of America’s cities but allowed the DNC to profit handsomely. Under the guise of supporting America’s black population, hundreds of US corporations are making illegal campaign contributions to the Dems — it looks like these riots are in reality just a scheme to enrich the Democrats’ efforts to unseat the president.

Investigative journalist Ashley Rae Goldenberg has compiled a list of over 200 corporations, mostly major, well-known companies, that are funneling money to Democrats under the guise of “donating” to BLM and Antifa. This list has been removed from many media sites, so ZENITH NEWS will list them here:

ActBlue makes their bias clear in their “Fine Print,” found here where they write:

“ActBlue, ActBlue.com, “Want Blue States?”, and “The online clearinghouse for Democratic Action” are the trademarks and/or service marks of ActBlue. From time to time ActBlue may publish guidelines on the use of its marks (e.g. font, color, placement, size). You agree to abide by those guidelines in your use of those marks. All goodwill in such marks remains with ActBlue.”

Any checks to candidates not cashed within 60 days become the property of ActBlue and/or their “charities”

“In the event that a campaign or committee (a) fails for 60 days to cash a check from ActBlue which includes your contribution (after ActBlue makes repeated attempts to work with the campaign to ensure all checks are cashed), or (b) affirmatively refuses a contribution earmarked through ActBlue, your contribution will be re-designated as a contribution to ActBlue. Contributions to social welfare organizations that are similarly not cashed or affirmatively refused will be kept by ActBlue and used generally to support its social welfare activities. Contributions to charitable organizations that are not cashed or affirmatively refused will go to ActBlue Charities.” 3

What these “charities” are, however, they fail to disclose.

The advantage of using sites such as ActBlue for fund-raising is that they are not subject to the same campaign finance laws as normal political campaigns.

“Donations to charities (501(c)(3) organizations) and social welfare groups (501(c)(4) organizations) are not subject to any contributions limits. You may make unlimited donations to these groups on the site. ActBlue cannot be responsible for your treatment of these donations on your tax returns. Charitable donations are tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Social welfare donations are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.” The last part is deceptively worded as it doesn’t disclose which type of tax exemption they have (it’s the latter which isn’t tax-deductible). 4

Although claiming to use funds for “charities” in their Fine Print page, none are listed in their expenditures:

While ActBlue has a charity arm, it also includes a PAC and a 501(c)4.

It appears more accurately to be a funding arm of the DNC.

(Do all the individuals around the world know that when they donate to Black Lives Matter, they are also helping to fund an organization that supports the Democrat Party?)

Is this is just another corrupt wing of the Democrat Party.

As listed in their expenditures, the only “charity” supported by ActBlue is the Democrat Party and the radical left-wing at that. At the top of their list of candidates is Bernie Sanders. The only thing that Democrats are good at is profiting from ideological divisions — and money-laundering. ActBlue is nothing more than a venue for corporations to channel illegal campaign contributions to the Democrats through a charity front. They use BLM and any other “movement” to enhance themselves financially. Their pathetic bit of political theater kneeling in front of the Capital wearing Kente cloths was nothing more than a blatant attempt to pander to African-Americans for their votes, and their corporate sponsors for self-enrichment. Someone needs to monitor where that money goes after it hits the DNC coffers.

Great article shared on my blog and twitter and likely will be in a show soon.

Crazy but not at all surprising information. So much of the ‘donations’ made don’t actually do a damn thing for what you are donating for. I stopped wasting my time after learning that mistake with the Bernie campaign. Not the ideal candidate yes, but things change like opinions and that was my last foray into politics. Abstain from all that farce now.
