Something like the DHF. I agree. With the DHF we have half the battle won. The stick in the mud is that the extant system is made this way in order to facilitate criminals running things, and that's who run things. Imposing just laws isn't something crimnals are interested in, and I'm not seeing a mechanism that enables imposing just laws on the criminals running things. It's why I mentioned riots and breaking china until the rest of the criminals give up and throw the named target under the bus, just to get the shop opened again.
