This week's segment of QOTW by @ecotrain is really interesting and very personal to me.
Here are the reasons why I think people don't take actions on time to avoid greater disaster in future.
Personally I would say there are lots of things that makes people delay from doing things at the early stage instead of waiting still when it get worse before they start reacting and looking for ways to solve them.Hence why the question "IF NOT NOW THEN WHEN"
Most of those things are :
- money
- fear
- power etc

I will be talking about the money aspects this is because it one of the reasons people don't take actions until when situation becomes unbearable. Take for an example health care, due to teachings, adverts, billboards and TV programs about healths and how to care for your body, people have started showing interest in their health care. However most people still can't visit the doctors or book an appointment concerning their health because they can't afford it. In most area hospitals bills are so expensive that people would rather die than go visit hospital for check-ups. Pregnant women won't go for antenatal and rely on pain relief drugs to help them and at the end they will suffer when giving birth.
People with heart pain would stay at home and take pain reliever instead of going to the hospital just because they can't afford it and this kills them faster than anything.

I think people really want to take actions but they dont have the resources, and because of this things gets worse and disastrous at the end.
I also think when it comes to health cares the government should build more hospitals and also provide more hospitals equipment for treatments.
