I am seriously thinking of making men-communities. (like in a tribe, there are places where the men hang out)

I never got involved with programs like Big Brothers Big Sisters or Boy Scouts but I did coach Little League and gave a lot of private lessons. It certainly can help young boys confidence getting them involved with stuff.
