Very many times, though countless we have been neglecting vital information's, rules, standards which are detrimental to ourselves and society at large. Though we might feel it isn't that necessary but it may have one way or the other contributed to us being victims.
Meaning of the word road signs or symbol
Road symbols or signs are the pictorial representations having the different necessary information required to be understood by every road user.source
It has been hazardous when laid down rules most especially things that are about life and death is been neglected.
Most accidents has been as a result of not yielding to the signs been arrayed.
Classification of Road signs
-A must or Mandatory signs
These signs are for informing the users about the specific laws & regulations to ensure safety and to make sure about the clear movement of traffic.sourceFrom this implications, mandatory signs are important and has no way to do withal if been given, example is when a stop sign is been shown,no other alternative than to adhere to such rule

These are the signs, which will provide the road users a guided information. For example, information about the routes, destination, how much remaining distance is there, historical and geographical locations.
