EcoTrain Medicinal soup competition

Healthy greetings,
This time I will try to participate in the competition intiated by the ecoTrain Community and @cherleywhittall.

One of the title for Chicken soup with traditional spices*. Vegetables soup in every Country is familiar,maybe the difference is the seasoning and the content of the soup.

The soup can be eaten in all weather,it can be eaten in waiter or summer which always gives its own pleasure. What I will make in clear soup,one example,be sides the taste delicious soup also for health.

From history,various variations of chicken soup have been part of the traditional medical practice of various Nations cultures in the World. This time I will share varistions of chicken soup recipes as well as scientific explanstions that are useful for healing.

Various element in a bowl of warm chicken soup have been protein to recieve symptoms of illness,warm broth in good for preventing nasal congestion.

Chicken meal with protein content,to streng then the immune sysyem,garlic which has natural anti-bacterial and anti viral properties,ginger,turmeric which has anti bacterial properties.

As for making the prepared soup,

  • 200 grams of chicken meat
  • 100 grams of carrot cut into small
  • 200 grams of chopped cauli flower
  • 20 grams of celery finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 centimeters of ground ginger
  • 2 centineters of ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 600 ml of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 tomatos.

Cooking step,
Step 1, wash the chicken,then boil until cooked,the cooking water is replaced with new water as broth.

Step 2 heat the sesame in a pan over medium heat,then saute the carrots.

Step 3 add the broth chopped chicken for 10 minute.

Step 4 add the cauliflower ,garlic,ginger,turmeric,boil for 3 minutes,add celery,tomatoes,salt ,seasoning,stir briefly and the soup is ready to be served.
