Overcome Your Depression , Don't Quit your Life...!!!

There can be many ways in which people define depression.

Depression in common term can be defined as that state of our body where we do not like anything and see constant unwanted mood swings.

People in today's world face depression and you would be shock to know that not many of them overcome the depression they are going through.

Like from a 14 year old boy to a 60 year old man anyone can face this problem but believe me you can find the solution if you recognise at the right time that you are under depression.

You had a bad relationship , you suffer depression.
you fail a class , you suffer depression.
you lost someone , faces depression.

Do you know , that many women's above the age of 30 face depression because they are facing violence.
Sexual and mental violence.

many suffer this till their death. There are endless examples of these cases and people give up on their life due to this reason.

You can always fight your problems anddepression can also be fought.
You never need to give up on your life.

My mom told me when i was small that life is one of the most beautiful blessing given to us by God.

Well first of all , i must say that people do need proper medication for curing depression.

But there are few things you can do , to fight depression.
So let us talk about those :

  1. Meditation : You can do meditation early morning daily and that can really help you fight depression.
    Listen , observe and repeat. listen to the nature and observe the voice of birds and nature and repeat.

  2. Share your Problems : don't keep yourself alone. share your problems with friends and family. talk to them and believe me you ll feel relaxed and motivated and forget depression.

  3. Play outdoor games : keep yourself physically active so your heart can pump properly and this ll add up to your list in fighting depression.

  4. Stay Positive : Don't think negative in any scenario possible. if there are thousands bad ending or results of something and one good ending of it stick to that positive ending.

All these are just my thoughts and i have shared them with everyone. It is possible that someone may or may not agree with them but i just wanted to share it.

Yes meditation is helpful, I suffered of some depressive long moments because I have a borderline disorder and I had long dark years before the correct dyagnosis, naturally as a any other disease I use Ned's and when I found the right therapy everything was better buy some tips are helpful, meditation is one of them, for your last tip it's almist impossible if you suffer from an heavy depression. And we must talk about the difference from sadness and depression, are not the same things.

Depression is a very serious problem linked to mental health which we generally tend to forget. But yes my dear friend, rightly said, it must be fought in the right manner.
