English: Hello hivers, here's my first post in this community, and I decided to take part in the QOTW Of Season 8! Ultimate Reward Token. Which is the most active and popular niche among communities.
WHAT PREVENTS ACTION
PERSONALITY.
This has to do with the distinct, quality, role, influence of the person in which the action should be taken against. Before an action is made, there are some things that is been put in to consideration. These include;
- The role of the defaulter in your life
- Influence
- The presume Outcome
- Backup.

- THE ROLE OF DEFAULTERS IN YOUR LIFE: they is a popular saying that you shouldn't bite the hands that feed you, this can best be illustrated with a friend experience. She lived with her boss and his family, a little misunderstanding Made him to withheld her salary for three months while he diligently paid the rest workers which some where not even as good and skillful as she is, she was trapped with the fear of loosing her job and leaving the house with nothing to sustain her if she takes any actions. The point is, she knows her right but choose to sleep on it Base on the fact that It will not sustain her for long.
- INFLUENCE: Can a lay man fight against an influential Man and be logically sure of his victory? No... except faith is applicable. But there are some situations in a man's life, where his faith is triggered by logical evaluation.
Influence of the defaulter can prevent the victim from taking an action when the possibility of you succeeding with your action is very shrink instead it will caused more damage on your part and you become a target for future oppression and affliction.
- THE PRESUME OUTCOME: There is a price for every action, People don't just take an action, there put some primary things in to consideration, This could be the good relationship there have with the defaulter, what they stand to lose if the necessary action is taken, the question is, if the action will be successful, are you willing to lose what is involved? The thought of this alone is enough to prevent some certain actions.

- BACKUP: "OYO"… meaning (on your own) This has to do with a collective effort and support…. E.g base on the recent drastic increment of school fees in the University of calabar, calabar; which stand as a gargantuan lacuna of achieving educational pursuit by some students due to insufficient means of raising funds, a student took it upon himself to write a petition against the VC and published it, which requires a 100 sign by other students for it to gain it's validation, since earlier November, student are aware of it, the link is shared on different platform…. But up to date it has not gotten up to 20 signs. Almost all the students of unical are suffering based on the recent changes, but the fear to join the fight is preventing them to do something as common as signing, Should we even talk about those at the top to come for our aid when the action is been taken, why will they… when they are gaining from it.
with this experience by the students that took it upon himself to speak out on behalf of others, seeing the poor response on the people he is fighting for, he will be discourage to do it again, because the world seems to operate on all Man for himself.
In my own perspective, personalities is one of the key factors why an actions is being prevented.
