There really have been some ups and downs! Ultimately I try to stay out of the politics and just share and consume the content I enjoy. It's been too much fun connecting with people all over and seeing what's growing across the globe or what else my virtual pals have going on. And there really is no end to the dishes you can make with veggies! Even if you make the same kinds of meals, there are endless variations of ways you can put those simple meals together. :)
