First I congratulate you for the choice of Sustainability and Holistic Living for season 10, very important and interesting topics that will allow to share opinions and experiences, from the most varied places in the world.
In this opportunity, I chose to develop the post mainly based on Sustainability, even though both topics are related and fascinating, they have been part of my lifestyle and professional life for more than 30 years, in which I take and enjoy every opportunity to present my views.
To begin with, it is worth noting that Sustainability has been a polysemic word since its inception, so it has been the subject of the most varied interpretations and uses, most of them emphasising its environmental dimension, even when it includes social, economic, technical and scientific aspects. This combination of factors makes it complex and a challenge for those who wish to take it seriously, and not just as a media slogan.
When I reflect on what is important in Sustainable Development, the most important thing is to understand its definition and objectives. In general terms, it calls for the rational use of resources with the welfare of future generations in mind, i.e. it highlights the consequences of the decisions and omissions of this generation that affect other generations.
Against this backdrop, there are contradictions, challenges and even questions for its implementation, because in the face of this transgenerational commitment, sustainability is not a priority as a topic for debate and action, nor is it a priority in education, nor in most global and local government agendas, and therefore it is not given the necessary attention.
Therefore, some of the important issues for Sustainable Development advocates are:
CONVICTION: In the face of difficulties, and obstacles it is very important to be convinced of the reasons for choosing sustainability.
PERSEVERANCE : To remain, to insist, to be very, very patient and to continue, what we like and are convinced we enjoy.
TRANSDISCIPLINARY TEAMWORK : there are many different disciplines and people who can support and contribute to sustainability, teamwork and support networks are fundamental. The union of efforts and wills achieves much more than individuality, in the union is strength.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the readers and followers of my blog for their support, as sustainability is a thematic line present in most of my publications.
Likewise, sustainability is a lifestyle that we can have on a personal level, family in holistic life, I have incorporated it through healthy eating, meditation, conscious breathing, and also has been important conviction, perseverance, and support of people with experience in various topics that have helped me to discover and enjoy new options and opportunities to promote holistic wellness.

Hola apreciada comunidad y lectores de hive y Ecotrain.
Primero los felicito por la elección de la Sustentabilidad y la Vida Holística para temporada 10, temas muy importantes e interesante que permitirá compartir opiniones y experiencias, desde los más variados lugares del mundo.
En esta oportunidad, elegí desarrollar el post principalmente basándome en la Sustentabilidad, aun cuando ambos temas están relacionados y son fascinantes, han formado parte de mi estilo de vida y profesional por más de 30 años, en los cuales aprovecho y disfruto cada oportunidad de presentar mis puntos de vistas.
Para empezar es conveniente destacar que la Sustentabilidad desde sus inicio es una palabra polisémica, por lo que ha sido motivo de las más variadas interpretaciones y usos, la mayoría de ellas haciendo énfasis en su dimensión ambiental, aun cuando incluye lo social, económico, técnico y científico. Esta combinación de factores lo hace complejo y un reto para quienes lo deseen tomar en serio, y no solo como eslogan mediático.
Cuando reflexiono en qué es importante en el Desarrollo Sustentable, lo primordial es comprender su definición y objetivos. En términos generales exhorta al uso racional de los recursos pensando en el bienestar de las generaciones futuras, es decir destaca las consecuencias de las decisiones y omisiones de esta generación afectan a las otras generaciones.
Ante este panorama, se presentan contradicciones, retos e incluso cuestionamientos para su puesta en práctica, pues ante este compromiso transgeneracional, la sustentabilidad no es una prioridad como tema de debate y acción, tampoco en la educación, y en la mayoría de las agendas de los gobiernos globales y locales, por lo que no se otorga la atención necesaria.
Por lo tanto, algunos de los aspectos importantes para los partidarios del Desarrollo Sustentable son:
CONVICCIÓN: Ante las dificultades, y obstáculos es muy importante estar convencido de las razones que motivan a escoger la sustentabilidad.
PERSEVERANCIA: Permanecer, insistir, mucha, mucha paciencia y continuar, lo que nos gusta y estamos convencido lo disfrutamos.
TRABAJO EN EQUIPOS TRANSDISCIPLINARIO: son muy diversas las disciplinas y personas que pueden dar su apoyo y aporte a la sustentabilidad, el trabajo en equipo y redes de apoyo es fundamental. La unión de esfuerzos y voluntades logra mucho más que la individualidad, en la unión esta fuerza.
Aprovecho la oportunidad para agradecer a los lectores y seguidores de mi blog por su apoyo, pues la sustentabilidad es una línea temática presente en la mayoría de mis publicaciones.
Asimismo, la sustentabilidad es un estilo de vida que podemos tener a nivel personal, familiar en la vida holística, yo la he incorporado a través de la alimentación sana, meditación, respiración consciente y también ha sido importante la convicción, perseverancia, y apoyo de personas con experiencias en diversos tópicos que me han ayudado a descubrir y disfrutar nuevas opciones y oportunidades para propiciar el bienestar integral.
