Nervous energy that needs to be expended in some fashion that I have learned to focus into the various projects I have around the farm. That nervous energy is like a feeling that I need to be doing something, not sitting still. The nice weather really helps in the Winter when the light hours are so short so i can have days that I am able to work some of that energy off.
