Thanks for elaborating on your local rules. Barely any buildings in my city use bins. There's simply too much waste for them and it'd slow the trucks down during collection.

As for the size, almost any size is outside at night. Mattresses, couches, large furniture, TVs, dishwashers, laundry machines, etc... Some buildings have a special pickup schedule/service to cause them to keep the electronics in their basements until that time comes. This is great for the clutter outside, but terrible for me... that's the gold I want, and several large buildings opt to have this.

Areas outside my city surely have tighter rules and better structures, but there's just too much to try to organize where I am.
