ecoTrain: If Not You Then Who? If Not Now Then When?

"If" is starting of every conditional sentence which gave me thinking of regret. Regret not doing it sooner, regret not giving an action, regret not saying. There are so many things that came up since I was asked by "If". I think I award of the serious of "If" because it seems like the future, and your chance is not letting happen. That will become nonsense since we have to face the result by "If I did it sooner or If I try to do it more, it won't happen.
To answer this aspect, I want to link it with Health. Because I think most of us are undervalued in our health, it needs to be taken care of and raised of their importance. There are so many reasons that many people have to accept to sacrifice their health to exchange for money, and I do not criticize or comment anything about it. Because we all have our own problems and own difficulty, other people can not judge. I just want to discuss protecting our health as soon as we can, and don't take risks on our health. Obviously, some of us use to sleep late and make it a daily routine. I used to stay until mid might playing games and chatting with friends for a long period. And of course, it's not a good habit. I have to face skin problems and other health problems like insomnia, easily get stressed and wake up late the next morning, and also inner health problems that I can not aware of.

It lasts not too long, I recognize the bad signals that happened and it scared me out. At that moment, I sit down and think carefully about the situation which happened to me. If not me then who can help my health become better, my health needs me and my clear actions. Now better than never, I can turn the situation better by changing and removing the bad habits.

I try to sleep earlier before 11 pm and one more bad habit is watching the phone while staying in bed. The blue light from the phone can cause many bad effects on our eyes. I'm trying to eliminate that habit and protect my eyes better. By the way, use less oil in cooking and fried food, I think using it once or twice a month is okay because I can not totally stop using it. And using other good foods, try to make my meal healthier.
I think with a small step each day, we can change better and head to a better life routine. Maybe now we are strong but it will be weak over time, therefore, we need to protect it as soon as we can. And make the good discipline for ourselves to follow. Because only us can help ourselves and change the situation, don't be afraid of eliminating the bad habits to change to better things.

Your advice is great for everyone. I know staying up late is never a good habit (and other stuff you mentioned) and I am trying to change as you do.

Those small steps you mentioned actually matter the most. We all get it, it is hard to break our own habits even though we know deep down that it is not good, it will cause this and break that. However, we couldn't follow the changes we would like to make for long. Therefore if we make it small steps at a time, we can make it easier and train ourself to a new habits. And well done to make changes for a better health
