People who never had to face financial stress should feel blessed. I mean, why not? Because whoever goes through this, knows how worse it feels. I wish everyone had a life when they never had to stress about how much they are spending and about their future financial stability. But life is life, this never can happen.
So we should learn how to stay calm during financial stresses!
- See the outcome and prepare yourself.
Maybe the stock is showing a good prediction but you should not rely on this solely. Try to see the outcome if things don't go well not just if everything happens fine. You never know when life will give you a lemon.
- Make a second plan.
Be very pessimistic on this, prepare yourself for the worst. Always keep plan B in your list and start working on it if plan A doesn't work well.
But these are something long term, no? We should find something instant to calm ourselves down during the crisis.
Take a moment to understand 'what you are losing', 'how your life would be without what you wanted', 'how can you cope now'. Answering these questions will give you a better idea of why stressing about it will not help you anyway. Don't panic, prepare yourself for the hardship and accept it.
I guess it's hard to stay calm when something really bad happens. But you know what, you can't control your life depending on external sources. So, better prepare yourself for the future, explore new opportunities, and live your life wisely.
