From the heart, more than from the brain is to speak from the center of our spirit and not from the mind, expert makeup artist of what happens and what you feel. The spirit undresses the emotions, the mind masks them. But, we cannot leave aside that we are integral beings and we constitute a braid that links the intellectual with the emotional.
But, in the same way, it is a beautiful task that @ecotrain entrusts to us when proposing us to let the spirit flow over what moves it and makes it vibrate, taking into consideration its incidence on the body.
In this sense, @ecotrain presents us as a mouth opener on this gear body, mind, spirit, and emotions a very interesting position in the present QOTW and moves us to develop the response so:
The answer to this intriguing question lies in your hearts! I don't want you to try to figure this out intellectually, instead just write without thinking, why YOU think certain emotions are more powerful.
Like life, emotions have two sides on the same coin, and on both sides, there are powerful emotions, it is like saying that every Ying has his Yang or every superhero has his nemesis. Love/Hate, Appreciation/Depreciation, Passion/Depression, Illusion/Disillusion. But, the uplifting ones are the ones to cultivate, because the reverse, destroy, sink.
It is so true that emotions are related and connected to our body that it can be said that their power is more than radical, it is integral. Both positive and negative emotions act directly on our health and the well-being of our body.
The mind and emotions fertilize a garden where the way to get a good harvest is to plant good seeds and grow the plants we want to empower our body and spirit and pull out the weeds as soon as they appear because otherwise they invade the garden and choke the productive plants.
That's why I insist, there are powerful emotions on both sides. But, the positive ones rise and the negative ones degrade and return to the sender, like a boomerang, their charge. That is why I support positive emotions that develop a bold, proactive, and productive energy field with an escalation towards the impulse of humanity: happiness. Based on this premise, I believe that the most powerful emotions come from:
Love

Active love, as an emotion that involves other emotions and feelings, even negative ones, is capable of generating unexpected responses. * We can continue to love a person with whom we are angry, adopting the belief that all communication is a response of love or a call for help.*
Love not only connects us but makes us better human beings with superhuman capacities if we cultivate and develop them. Love builds bridges between people and creates imperceptible spaces of encounter and harmony.
If there is Love in a heart, it will fly like a spore to other hearts and will facilitate the energetic exchange that will give way to a warm and welcoming atmosphere and to the well-being and balance of people in which Love dwells.
"Love is that which gives. But, also, the one who asks and accepts what he receives".
Passion

Passion can turn any challenge into an opportunity. It is the concentrated power that moves our lives forward at an accelerated pace.
Passion, like love, gratitude, faith, joy, and surrender, drives and enriches us because it is our choice to feel them as deeply as we choose to. Passion takes us out of our comfort zone and shakes us to move towards more life.
The basis of courage lies in our willingness to do what is necessary to act despite fear, and passion is the basis from which that determination is born. The difference between feeling fulfilled and not having taken off lies in the cultivation of focused passion.
In particular, it used to seem to me that passion was a low emotion, which took energy away from the reason that contained the outcome of actions and emotional responses without control. Over the years, I understood that I was controlling and therefore I distorted the goodness of passion and its great constructive power.
I admire passionate people, but I am also impressed by their overwhelming impetus. I would say that I have cultivated passion in me as a motivating emotion. My nature is calm and one day I sensed that I needed a share of passion in my life that would shake my spirit and my body, so I chose to share life with a man who is too passionate, so much so that sometimes it makes my spirit dizzy, but, in general, it gives me joy and at the same time fights.
Joy
Life is movement, play, an expression that spreads. Externalized joy makes life kinder and also makes the people around us happier. * It is different to feel happy inside and to be happy outside.*
Joy has the power to lessen the influence of low-frequency feelings like fear, anger, frustration, disappointment, depression, guilt, that make not only the mind and spirit but the body, sick. It is known that these uncontrolled emotions alter the chemistry of the brain, resulting in serious psychosomatic diseases.
We will be happy the day we realize that things will get better if we bet on joy, no matter what happens around us.
However, feeling happy does not mean seeing the world through colored lenses that alter the perception of the challenges we face. * To feel joyful means to be aware that if we live in a state of well-being, so intense that we can transmit it to others, we can have an impact on the lives of others, and any challenge that comes our way will be faced with courage because joy increases self-esteem and vision of the panorama of our life.*
Faith
Faith is believing that every day brings something better. The source of extraordinary success often finds its origin in a well-founded set of beliefs for which each person often has no references or previous experience. The ability to act in faith is what allows humans to progress.
If we believe, we can achieve anything we set out to do. Faith creates miracles and an energy field that "conspires" to make everything flow, rearranging the series of events to occur in such a way that what we hope for is given as if by magic, but behind it, there is a whole compendium of energies focused on achievement, energies moved by ourselves when we feel from the heart.
I once read that faith is certainly believing, but it's not just that. It is also trusting, resting, waiting, resting, depending, and leaning on something or someone. It is the certainty of what is hoped for and the conviction of what is not seen, according to Hebrews 11:1.
Faith is the action of receiving and receiving is taking something that is given to us. To believe, then, is to direct the heart's attention to something higher, to the conviction that divinity inhabits us.
Faith is the movement of our heart to get closer to God with our thoughts, feelings, and our will, but also to our neighbor by connecting with his inner divinity, with his life energy, with what vibrates in him.
Giving it all
There is no emotion more enriching than the feeling that what one is as a person has somehow increased the life experience of someone we care about, and in some cases, even if someone, we don't even know.
Surrendering generates a very powerful energy movement comparable to that of sexual energy between living beings. The set of feelings that surrender generates go through emotions as intense as passion and as sublime as an illusion.
When one surrenders the heart, center where all the emotions gravitate, one surrenders the life expecting reciprocity, the origin of many misunderstandings, disillusions, separations, and breaks of friendships, couples, and other relations of human interaction.
And here is the thread that unites the seam that closes the center of assumption of powerful emotions capable of building a life, but also of bringing it down. Reciprocity enhances the vitality and expansion of the network of human connections.
If we do not feel rewarded in some way, we can open the door to negative emotions that threaten our health. A button on that shirt is the stress that has the capacity to transform our body, mind, and even the spirit if we allow it.
Giving and receiving increases "the infinite chain of favors" and connects the being with different experiences because it is as important to learn to give as it is to learn to receive. And, the coupling of this, generates spiritual gains, balance, and personal well-being.
True love is giving. But, also, the one who asks and accepts what he receives. When we give we feel valuable to other people. The ability to receive is very much related to our ability to be grateful and humble.
By giving everything, we give our being to the Universe, and the Universe gives us everything we need to live happily. Because giving is how we receive. In life nothing is lost, everything is transformed and the best version of one awaits us in every emotion.
