What is the value it's holds when you can't appreciate what you have and think about your life, I always feel somehow thankful. Things are not perfect for me yet, but when I look back at where I started and where I am now, I just know I have really come far. Life no easy at all, but even with all the wahala and stress, I still get many reasons to smile and thank God.
First thing I thank God for is life and good health. Because if body no strong, nothing else really matter. I remember times when I was sick, I could not even do small thing by myself. That moment I understand that good health is one big blessing we forget to thank God for. So every morning when I wake up strong, I just say small thank you to God in my heart.
I’m also grateful for my family. We no get plenty money, but the love and care we share keep me going. There was one time life was really tough, I almost give up. My mama just look me one day and say, “My son, don’t lose hope, things go better.” That word still stay in my head till today. Anytime I feel lost or weak, I just remember her voice.
And I can’t forget Hive too. Before Hive, I don try many online things, most of them na scam. I lost time, lost money, and almost lose hope. But Hive came like light. It make me believe again. I started writing small small, sharing my thoughts, meeting good people and even earning small from it. Hive really change how I see the internet and myself too.
Even though I’m thankful, I still get my dreams. I want do more, support my family, help people, and live better life. Being grateful no mean you stop dreaming it just mean you thank God for what you get now while you still dey work for the one wey you never get.
That’s just how I see life full of lessons, blessings, and small small dreams still waiting to come true.
