Acceptance and Change

Covid is one of the best examples of how ignoring a forthcoming change can be catastrophic.

The ones who understood the magnitude of the situation well in advance started preparing for it accordingly and the ones who ignored it outright faced the consequences.

And this is how generally people react to CHANGES.

At first, we don't accept that the change would hit us and we ignore it till the very end. And when it strikes, we are clueless about what to do. Corona is just one example, many other changes are fast approaching, the main question is about acceptance.

Have we accepted that a new change is coming or are we still ignorant about it?

Once "Acceptance" is there, we then have an ample amount of time to prepare for the new change.

We are in 21century but most of the adults of this century ( who are now the decisions makers of the families) were born in the 20th century, and they are the ones who need to understand and accept the new changes. The present generation will always find it easy to digest the new changes as they are born in these changing times.

The businesses that have incurred huge losses ( during corona also) are the ones who did not accept the change till the very last moment and when it struck, they had to shut. But these could have been avoided if the necessary modification was made well in advance.

We can tackle the change only if we accept that there is a CHANGE.
