1️⃣ Would you rather go without water or electricity for a week?
It is curious this question given the reality in which we live in Venezuela in which we can go days without one or the other (or even both). Once the power went out for about 4 days in a row in almost the entire country, and it was horrible, we could not communicate with people who were far away, we had to borrow some things in a nearby grocery store, we improvised by making candles, there was uncertainty and ignorance about what was happening.
In fact, the fear is present every time there is a power outage, and since then many locals have acquired power plants, but there are people who had a very bad time, the food in the fridge was damaged, people who were in medical establishments with some connected equipment suffered, etc.
With respect to water it is almost "normal" not to have it, in particular I get it some days at 5:00 a.m. and hopefully in the afternoon, 2 or 3 times a week. We are forced to buy drinking water because the water that arrives has too much dirt in it, and when it doesn't arrive, we have to buy it, many times exchanging food for the service offered by the water carriers.
So my answer is... no water, although I would like to enjoy all public services.

Es curiosa esta pregunta dada la realidad en la que vivimos en Venezuela en los cuáles podemos pasar días sin uno u otro (o incluso ambos). Una vez se fue la luz cerca de 4 días seguidos en casi todo el país, y fue horrible, no podíamos comunicarnos con personas que estaban lejos, tuvimos que pedir fiadas algunas cosas en un abasto cercano, improvisamos haciendo velas, había incertidumbre y desconocimiento por lo que sucedía.
De hecho, el temor se hace presente cada vez que hay un bajón de luz, y desde entonces muchos locales han adquirido plantas eléctricas, pero hay personas que se las vieron muy mal, se les dañó la comida que tenía en la nevera, personas que estaban en establecimientos médicos con algún aparato conectado sufrieron, etc.
Con respecto al agua es casi "normal" no tenerla, en lo particular me la ponen algunos días a las 5:00 a.m y con suerte en la tarde, 2 o 3 veces por semana. Nos vemos obligados a comprar agua potable porque la que llega tiene demasiada tierra, y cuando no llega, pues tenemos que comprarla, muchas veces intercambiando alimentos por el servicio que ofrecen los cargadores de agua.
Así que mi respuesta es... sin agua, aunque me gustaría gozar de todos los servicios públicos como debe ser.
2️⃣ Which fictional character would you like to meet and why?
Dr. Strange, he is one of the few heroes who can time travel and teleport and I think I would have some pretty interesting rides with him, discovering eras, learning about what's coming, traveling around the world, etc.

A Dr. Strange, pues es de los pocos héroes que puede viajar en el tiempo y teletransportarse y creo que con él tendría unos paseos bastante interesantes, descubriendo épocas, conociendo lo que se avecina, viajando alrededor del mundo, etc.
