Greetings ladies friends of Ladies of Hive, today I leave you my participation in this edition of the contest with some questions proposed by @amberkashif. I hope you had a happy day.
Parenting transcends mere stages in life; it represents a profound designation entailing the monumental responsibility of instilling high moral values and shaping the succeeding generation for a prosperous future. In this regard, what do you consider to be the three most pivotal qualities or traits that parents must possess in order to effectively fulfill this vital task?
When we become parents, we do it without having a practical guide; however we do have a path we have traveled as children, in which we observe the parents and when it is up to us to assume that role we take the unconscious teaching we received, at this point I refer to the upbringing that we were given by obligation and not for reasons of preparation for a future generation of parents.
To some extent this is fine, because it is the only pattern we have at hand and consequently, generally, we emulate the good and the bad but it does not mean that we must repeat the steps exactly; we consciously try to take into account what can serve us and discard what may have affected us as children; no doubt there are those who remain anchored to that stage, blaming their parents for their misfortune and repeating history. Others, on the contrary, create their own pattern based on respect, understanding and tolerance, setting limits at their discretion.
Write a letter to your mom (or mom figure) telling her how special she is to you. Make sure you show her this letter is public for all to see! Moms love this!
Dearest and dearest mother:
I am sure that in heaven or wherever you are you are happier than you could have been on the earthly plane.
If someday I did not tell you that I love you; I tell you now in these letters. It has been many years that you are not with us but I miss you like the first day. I wish you had lived longer so you could have known and enjoyed your grandchildren who were not able to meet you and receive the warmth of a grandmother on your lap. I am convinced you would have been a wonderful grandmother.
This missive is not to bog you down with passages of my life because I know you see me from where you are. Mom I love you and remember you forever, you left a void in the heart of each one of your children. How much mother is missing!
Thank you mother for so much care and unconditional love. The 22 years you gave me the gift of your life remain in my heart.

Saludos amigas damas de Ladies of Hive, hoy les dejo mi participación en esta edición del concurso con unas interrogantes propuestas por @amberkashif. Espero que hayan pasado un feliz día.
La crianza trasciende meras etapas en la vida; representa una designación profunda que conlleva la monumental responsabilidad de inculcar altos valores morales y moldear la generación siguiente para un futuro próspero. En este sentido, ¿cuáles consideras que son las tres cualidades o rasgos más cruciales que los padres deben poseer para cumplir eficazmente esta tarea vital?
Cuando nos convertimos en padres, lo hacemos sin tener una guía práctica; sin embargo sí tenemos un camino recorrido como hijos, en el que observamos a los padres y cuando nos corresponde asumir ese rol tomamos la enseñanza inconsciente que recibimos, en este punto me refiero a la crianza que nos dieron por obligación y no por motivo de preparación para una futura generación de padres.
Hasta cierto está bien, porque es el único patrón que tenemos a la mano y en consecuencia, generalmente, emulamos lo bueno y lo malo pero no quiere decir que debemos repetir los pasos exactamente; de manera consciente intentamos tomar en cuenta lo que nos puede servir y desechamos lo que nos pudo haber afectado siendo niños; sin duda hay quienes se quedan anclados a esa etapa, culpando a los padres de su infortunio y repitiendo la historia. Otros al contrario crean su propio patrón basado en el respeto, la comprensión y la tolerancia poniendo límites a discreción.
Escribe una carta a tu mamá (o figura materna) diciéndole lo especial que es para ti. ¡Asegúrate de mostrarle esta carta públicamente para que todos la vean! ¡A las mamás les encanta esto!
Querida y entrañable madre:
Estoy segura de que en el cielo o donde quiera que te encuentres eres más feliz de lo que pudiste haber sido en el plano terrenal.
Si algún día no te dije que te amo; te lo digo ahora en estas letras. Son muchos años que no estás entre nosotros pero te extraño como el primer día. Hubiera deseado que vivieras más tiempo para que conocieras y disfrutaras de tus nietos quienes no pudieron conocerte y recibir el calor de abuela en tu regazo. Estoy convencida de que hubieras sido una abuelita maravillosa.
Esta misiva no es para aturdirte con pasajes de mi vida porque sé que me ves desde donde te encuentras. Mamá te amo y te recuerdo por siempre, dejaste un vacío en el corazón de cada uno de tus hijos. ¡Cuánta falta madre!
Gracias madre por tantos cuidados y amor incondicional. Los 22 años que me regalaste de tu vida permanecen en mi corazón.

Así es amiga, aprendemos de las enseñanzas de nuestras madres, abuelas, tías, esas enseñanzas de vida se quedan en el subconsciente y se manifiestan en esa etapa que somos madres, tratando de no cometer errores, pero somos humanos y de ellos vamos aprendiendo y corrigiendo.

What has happened to us in the past do have an effect on our present and future behaviours. Nevertheless, you are right in saying that we can break the chain and try to be a better example if we have had not so good in the past.
