I join again one of the initiatives proposed for this week.
Attending to question number two asked by our friend @ifarmgirl 💕.

If money is not an issue, would you consider cosmetic surgery to improve your appearance? What part of your body would you like to alter? share your opinion with us.

I begin by clarifying that I have nothing against cosmetic surgery, I believe that if it is done consciously and with maturity there is no major problem.

But before undergoing any aesthetic change I think it would be healthy to ask ourselves, why do we want such a change, what drives us, perhaps the mass media, which today has so much dominance over many, especially in younger people, or are we driven by family, friends, partners etc..

I think that to make a decision like this, which in my opinion is very important, since it will alter some part of our body, we should first analyze the pros and cons, so I totally disagree that a minor under age have surgery such as enlarging the breasts or butt, etc., because honestly they do not have the maturity to make such a decision, plus your body is still in the process of growth.

Before any surgery we must take into account how we feel inside, because no matter how many external changes you can make if you are not internally healthy I think it would not do much good, but that is my personal opinion.

I know a woman very close to me who has had several surgeries and I can tell you that she is still as insecure as before she made the physical changes she did, that is why it is very important to work first on our inner well being.

That said, today at 46 years of age I am not interested in having any aesthetic change, neither in the short, medium or long term, I am not saying that I will never do it because we tend to be very changeable but at this moment what is least in my plans is to go to a cosmetic surgery.
If I had been asked this question 20 years ago, maybe I would have answered, enlarge my breasts a little bit, but now I know that I felt that way at that time because it was a fashion.

Thank God a few years ago I had a much-needed orthodontic procedure and that was enough for me, and I don't deny that it gave me more confidence, because a beautiful smile is important.

The last thing I can say is, if you have the opportunity to have the surgery, first analyze if it will really help your security and self-esteem, that yes go to the most professional to make sure that everything will go as expected.

So far my participation again very grateful for the opportunity given to us to expose our thoughts, experiences and concerns ❤️

Me uno nuevamente a una de las iniciativas propuestas por esta semana.
Atendiendo a la pregunta numero dos hecha por nuestra amiga @ifarmgirl 💕

Si el dinero no es un problema, considerarías someterte a una cirugía estética para mejorar tu apariencia? Que parte de tu cuerpo te gustaría alterar? comparte tu opinión con nosotros.

Comienzo aclarando que no tengo nada en contra de la Cirugía Estética, creo que si se hace de forma consciente y con madurez no hay mayor problema.

Pero antes de someternos a algún cambio estético me parece que sería sano preguntarnos, ¿por qué queremos dicho cambio?, que nos impulsa,¿ acaso los medios masivo de comunicación?, que hoy día tiene tanto dominio sobre muchos, sobre todo en los más jóvenes, o somos impulsadas por familiares, amigos, parejas etc.

Creo que para tomar una decisión como esta, que a mí parecer es muy importante, ya que se va a alterar alguna parte de nuestro cuerpo, deberíamos primero analizar los pro y los contra, por eso estoy totalmente en desacuerdo que una menor de edad se haga una cirugía como son por ejemplo, el agrandar los senos o el trasero, etc., porque sinceramente no tienen todavía la madurez para tomar dicha decisión, además su cuerpo todavía está en proceso de crecimiento.

Antes de cualquier cirugía debemos tomar en cuenta como nos sentimos en nuestro interior, porque por más cambios que se puedan hacer externos si no se está internamente saludable creo que no serviría de mucho, pero esa es mi apreciación personal.

Conozco a una mujer muy cercana a mí que se ha hecho varias cirugías y te puedo decir que ella sigue siendo tan insegura como antes de haberse hecho los cambios físicos que se hizo, por eso es muy importante trabajar primero en nuestro bienestar interior.

Dicho esto, hoy a mis 46 años de edad no estoy interesada en hacerme ningún cambio estético, ni a corto, ni a mediano, ni a largo plazo, no digo que nunca lo voy a hacer porque nosotras solemos ser muy cambiantes pero en este momento lo que menos esta en mis planes es acudir a una cirugía estética.
Si me hubieran hecho esta pregunta hace unos 20 años atrás a lo mejor hubiese respondido, agrandar un poco mis senos, pero ahora sé que eso lo sentía en aquel momento porque era una moda.

Ya gracias a Dios hace unos años atrás me realice una ortodoncia que era muy necesaria eso fue suficiente para mí, y no les niego que me dio más confianza, pues una hermosa sonrisa es importante.

Lo último que puedo decir es, si tienes la oportunidad de hacerte la cirugía, analiza primero si en verdad va a ayudar en tu seguridad y autoestima, eso sí acude a los más profesionales para que te asegures que todo va a salir según lo esperado.
