I think almost all of us have dreamed of changing something about our body, something that does not keep us happy, that we look in a mirror and we do not like, reflecting on this issue, I will give you my opinion:

The benefits of a surgery:

Undoubtedly my self-esteem can be boosted to improve, increasing my confidence, and making me look younger.
I will be able to wear nice clothes that sometimes because of that little roll I don't dare to wear.

It is important a good medical advice and medical examinations that are required.

To have these operations, if money is not a problem, I would have particularly liked to have a tummy tuck, but at this stage of my life and the maturity that time has given me, I am aware that I must please myself first, not others.

If I am happy it will show on my face

I must have a very well defined self-esteem, because although I would surely look younger and much better aesthetically speaking, no radical change can change my inner self, that can only be achieved by me.

If I am happy it will show on my face, with or without surgery. The happy and self-confident person has a special beauty in the face, it is a natural beauty that we radiate to others, and that is the true beauty.

It takes more years off me, but I believe that true beauty is within me and is what I reflect to my surroundings, besides every age has its charm.

Looking back, when I saw that my young niece had a boob job, which I thought and told her she didn't need, but she had already got that in her mind, she asked me to help her for those days after the surgery, even though it was painful for her, her recovery was a success.

If you can afford it, no problem

At that time it was a trend that many women did, but I was filled with fear thinking that as many implants expire over the years and if later I would not have the appropriate conditions in time, both physically and economically to change something that was going to be in my body ..., with all that I did not want to do it.

If what we want is to look beautiful, I first think about what clothes I can be wearing to look good.

There are also many methods before surgery, such as going to a good nutritionist. You can return to youth but age also goes inside, if we look or dress like a girl of 20 years very well ... but what about the bones? And what will happen to me when my back hurts from the daily hustle and bustle?

A woman has the right to change everything that does not please them, if they can afford it there is no problem, but always remembering that happiness is built by each one of us and not by a doctor.

I think it is beautiful to grow old with a healthy mentality and take care of our body to keep it healthy. And to thank God for our health.

Los beneficios de una cirugía:

Sin lugar a duda que mi autoestima se puede ver impulsada a mejorar, aumentar más mi seguridad, y haciéndome ver más joven.

Podré usar ropa bonita que a veces por culpa de ese rollito no me atrevo a usar.

Es importante una buena asesoria medica y los examenes medicos que se requieran.
Para hacerme estas operaciones, si el dinero no es problema, particularmente me hubiera gustado hacerme una abdominoplastia, pero a estas alturas de mi vida y la madurez que el tiempo me ha dado, soy consciente de que primeramente debo agradar a mí misma, no a los demás.

Si soy feliz se me notará en la cara

Debo tener una autoestima muy bien definida, porque aunque seguramente me vería más joven y mucho mejor estéticamente hablando, ningún cambio radical puede cambiar mi interior, eso solamente lo puedo lograr yo.

Si soy feliz se me notará en la cara, con o sin cirugías. La persona feliz y segura de sí misma tiene una belleza especial en la cara, es una belleza natural que irradiamos hacia los demás, y esa es la verdadera belleza.

Me quita más años, pero creo que la verdadera belleza está dentro de mi y es la que reflejo a mi entorno, además de que cada edad tiene su encanto.
Echando una mirada hacia atrás, cuando ví que mi joven sobrina se hizo una operación de los senos, cosa que pensé y le dije que no le hacía falta, pero ya a ella se le había metido eso en su mente, me pidió que le ayudara por esos días posteriores a la cirugía , aunque fue dolorosa para ella, su recuperación fue todo un éxito.

Si se lo pueden permitir no hay problema

En ese tiempo era tendencia que muchas mujeres lo hacían, pero me llené de temor pensando que como muchos implantes ellos con los años se vencian y si después no iba a tener las condiciones apropiadas en el tiempo, tanto física y económicas para cambiar algo que iba a estar en mi cuerpo?, con todo eso no quise hacerlo.

Si lo que deseamos es vernos bellas, pienso primero en qué ropas puedo estar usando para verme favorecida.

También hay muchos métodos antes de una cirugía, como acudir a un buen nutricionista.
Se puede volver a la juventud pero la edad también va por dentro, si parecemos o nos vestimos como una chica de 20 años muy bien… pero, ¿y los huesos? ¿Y qué será de mi cuando me duela la espalda por el trajín diario?

Una mujer está en su derecho cambiar todo lo que no les agrada, si se lo pueden permitir no hay problema, pero siempre recordando que la felicidad la construye cada una de nosotras y no un médico.

Creo que es bello envejecer con una mentalidad sana y cuidar nuestro cuerpo para que siga sano. Y darle gracias a dios por nuestra salud.

Sin duda alguna la cirugía estética es una opción que no cae mal. Más que nada para aquellos que están inconformes con algo de su cuerpo, detalles que consideran imperfecciones.
Pero a veces las personas se pasan al querer hacerse cosas que no les quedan bien y para añadidura el especialista no les guía como debe ser.
He visto infinidades de veces mujeres con glúteos operados que en vez de mejorar su apariencia las hace unas cosas raras. Así también pasa con narices deformadas, pómulos y si de labios se trata, de eso hay bastantes ejemplos.
No critico a quien desee mejorar su apariencia, pero hay que saber escoger el especialista para qué recomiende lo que es conveniente.
A usted, mi señora, no le hace falta nada. En las imágenes que nos has mostrado vemos una dama hermosa. Que hay un rollito por allá o por acá, eso no importa. Esos son pinceladas que ayudan al atractivo. Además, la belleza también se mide por la inteligencia y por el humor. Usted demuestra ser bella en todos los aspectos.
