Esta pregunta me hizo recordar hace unos aรฑos atrรกs, cuando mi mamรก entro en un cuadro de depresiรณn, el cual fue causado por la separaciรณn con su pareja, ya que ella le habรญa dedicado mucho a esta persona y tenรญa muchas expectativas de futuro con รฉl, quien aรฑos despuรฉs la defraudo abandonรกndola y posteriormente descubriรฉndose que ademรกs le fue infiel.
This question made me remember a few years ago, when my mother entered into a depression frame, which was caused by the separation with her partner, since she had dedicated a lot to this person and had many expectations for the future with him, who years later defrauded her by abandoning her and later discovering that he was also unfaithful.

Despuรฉs de ella pasar y ser evaluada, la psicรณlogo nos llamo dรกndonos las sugerencia, entre ella estaba que debรญamos llevar a mi mamรก a un psiquiatra para medicarla, ya que necesitarรญa antidepresivos, pero tambiรฉn nos sugiriรณ ayudarla a despejar la mente, que la llevรกramos de paseo, a disfrutar sitios diferentes a los que ella frecuentaba normalmente, que le hiciรฉramos sentir que era importante para nosotros y que la necesitรกbamos, sin llegar al exceso.

Fuimos cumpliendo con las recomendaciones y poco a poco, mi mamรก fue volviendo a verse feliz y plena, siempre en nuestras salidas llevaba a mis hijos y mi sobrina y eso era la mejor secciรณn de terapia para ella, volviรณ a ver que ella tenรญa un propรณsito de vida y que estaba para cumplirlo, y hoy felizmente contamos con nuestra madre, hasta que Dios lo permita.

It is one of the most difficult and hurtful things that can happen to a person; when someone she loved and cared for deeply betrays. The pain and betrayal can be overwhelming, leaving her feeling lost, confused and alone. Seeking professional help was always a good idea, and you was so supportive and be there with her during the tough time. :)
