Good day, great ladies in HIVE Community. I trust we all had or are having a pleasant day. My name is Concepta, and I am actually new in the community, this is my first time posting in the community. I found this week's theme interesting, so I decided to join in. The last time I stepped out of my comfort zone was in August last year. I have been a primary school teacher since 2010. Since I finished my secondary education, I have been teaching to date. I also sow cloth by profession but I would say I find teaching more interesting and I am passionate about it. I love kids so much but unfortunately don't have mine yet☺; but I will soon by God's grace. Kids are wonderful to be with. Whenever I am teaching them am so happy as you can see them and me in the picture above during break time, they won't even allow me to take my picture in peace. Rewind to last year January I became ill seriously. So down I went to a different hospital but no solution to my illness. I was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and was booked for surgery in August but a few days before the surgery date it disappeared(the Ovarian Cyst) and I was fine again. I know it sounds crazy but it truly happened. During that time I had a lot of support from the hive and @ecency community and I am forever thankful for it. I became happy and got healed by my creator in heaven my GOD.
In September a friend called me for a job but she was concerned about my health. I said I was much better and we went to see the supervisor in charge of the job he said it was an appointment for a 6-month contract job that it was a marketing position and I will be assigned to a supermarket where we talk to customers while making the payment about paying with their Bank app. All they needed do was click on their Bank app then click on QR payment scan then I will show them the QR code of our merchant and then they input the number of items bought in the supermarket and click on pay and immediately it shows payment successfully. It is a faster way of making payments and it's also secured. So when I was informed about the nature of the job, me being a shy and timid person I was skeptical about the job, not sure if I can actually do it, but I summoned courage and came out of my comfort zone and indeed it's was a wonderful experience and one of the best thing that happened to me because I get to meet different individuals come into the store to get things and I must actually talk to them and convince them to make them see reasons why they should make payment with the QR scan option from their Bank app. Most time some people will shout at us, while some will snub us but I was persistent and I got to learn humility and patience. If a customer is talking rudely to you, you try to keep calm and do not talk back at them and just listen and so far this has really helped me all around. I never knew I could actually make a payment with a QR scan from my bank app but me coming out of my comfort zone I was able to know that and also meet great people. Now I can say am a marketer/promoter and I also learned how to address and present a product to a customer as a brand Ambassador of NQR💃😄😃☺️.

Ovarian cyst? Oh my. Thank God you got healed because the cost of surgery is always high and that would have been an unnecessary burden to bear.
I can totally relate when you talk about the kids you teach. Staying around kids is a very beautiful feeling ✨ but they come in different forms tho😅
Like seriously I bless GOD 🙌every day of my life for showing me mercy and healing me indeed it was a miracle like seriously am greatful to GOD every day of my life for granting me a total healing with out me paying a dine the cost for the surgery is so expensive dear I bless GOD 🙌
Children are the most wonderful soul to be with there so harmless and free with one and of course they varies thou you know all children are not the same but they are wonderful souls

There's nothing like the challenge of Customer Service work, you learn people skills fast but they are skills that often come in handy in the future regardless of what you end up working as.

Customer service is so demanding most times you have to please your customers and probably displease your self just to satisfy and make them happy

Yea am also happy and thankful to my freind who linked me up for the NQR job and also those managers in charge of the job for giving me an opportunity to be one of the promoters of NQR I can say have really learnt a lot and I believe this will be helpful to me in the future
