RE: 🥀Maturity isn't proclaimed, it's demonstrated🥀 Ladies of Hive Community Contest #258. [Eng-Spa]

Thanks for the invitation, my friend. A tremendous topic. This aging thing is very serious. "Youth, divine treasure," as the famous poet Ruben Darío said in that verse of the poem "Canción de otoño en primavera." Youth is that precious and longed-for moment, an irretrievable time. It will live on in our memories with great longing. I think it's not an obligation, it's an inevitable change. A cycle we must fulfill whether we like it or not. Time passes, even though many say it doesn't exist, but it leaves marks as proof that it exists or not. At some point, it happened. It's inevitable, simply inevitable.

And maturing, well, maturing, is continuous. I think maturing is gradual. Some mature faster, and others take a lifetime.

I loved your post; it made me think a bit.
Greetings.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a rich and sincere reflection. I am moved by how you express it, youth as a divine treasure, and the passage of time as an inevitable cycle that we all go through, whether we like it or not. I agree with you that maturing is not a point of arrival, but a constant process, sometimes silent, sometimes painful, but always revealing. I am glad that the publication has sparked thoughts; in the end, that is what matters most: provoking dialogue and resonance. Thank you, my friend. A big hug.
