This phrase encapsulates an inevitable reality of human nature: when we are young, we see and hear our mothers, aunts, grandmothers, and other women close to the family talking about the ailments of old age, such as menopause, values, and mental health issues. However, in our youth, we ignore this, and we don't even think or believe that one day it will be our turn to be in that position, and that's where we need to ask ourselves.
Do you think aging is an obligation?
I would say that rather than an obligation, it is an inevitable and irreversible process that affects all women equally. Although we may not realize it, the aging process begins from the moment we are born, and it is only as the years go by that we begin to notice the signs and symptoms of the biological cycle of life.
That is why it is necessary to take the necessary measures to maintain our overall health, as I did on this occasion by going for a routine gynecological checkup to rule out any abnormalities, since unfortunately today the rates of human loss due to breast and cervical cancer are very high. The truth is that I hadn't had this checkup in a long time because I lost my trusted gynecologist, but I met a new doctor who does an excellent job, above all, with such a kind and incredible manner. For me, she is now my trusted gynecologist.
We know that aging is inevitable, and it must be done healthily, because time passes and does not forgive, and we must be very responsible about this, as it is part of maturity. Without maturity, it is not just a matter of passing the years, which is where we must ask ourselves,
Do you think that maturing is optional?
I believe that maturing involves learning from experiences, taking on responsibilities, developing empathy, and growing emotionally. However, maturing is a courageous act that not all of us are capable of undertaking. I can say with certainty that maturing is not a matter of age, but rather of transforming the way we live responsibly, learning from our mistakes, and facing every challenge, regardless of how old we are. Over time, I have met adults who are immature and young people who are quite mature, so we can safely say that maturity is optional.

Está frase encierra en sí, una inevitable realidad de la naturaleza en la humanidad, la verdad cuando somos jóvenes vemos y escuchamos a nuestras madres, tías, abuelas y otras mujeres sercana a la familia, conversación sobre los achaques de la vejez, que si la menopausia, los valores y está problemas mentales, más sin encargó nosotros en nuestra juventud, hacemos caso omiso a esto, y ni siquiera pensamos ni creemos que algún día nos tocará a nosotras estar en esa posición, y es ahí donde cabe preguntarnos.
¿Crees que envejecer es una obligación?
Yo diría que más que una obligación, es un proceso inevitable e irreversible que nos toca a todas las mujeres por igual, aunque no nos damos cuenta, desde que nacemos comienza ese proceso de envejecimiento, y no nos damos cuanta hasta el pasar de los años, que comienzan a parecer algunos signos y síntomas propios del ciclo biológico de la vida.
Por esto es necesario adoptar medidas necesarias para mantener el cuidado de nuestra salud en general, como lo hice yo, en esta ocasión, acudiendo a un chequeo ginecológico de rutina, para descartar cualquier anomalía, ya que hoy en día lamentablemente las tazas de perdidas humanas por cáncer de senos y de cuello uterino, son muy elevadas, la verdad tenía tiempo sin hacerme este chequeo, porque perdí mi ginecólogo de confianza, pero conocí una nueva doctora, que de verdad hace un execelente trabajo, sobre todo, con un trato tan amable e increíble, para mí ya quedó fija, como mi ginecólogo de confianza.
Pues sabemos es inevitable envejecer, y se debe hacer saludablemente, porque el tiempo pasa y no perdóna, y se debe hacer muy responsable con ésto ya que es parte de la madures, sin encargó madurar no es el pasar de los años, es ahí donde cabe preguntar,
¿Crees que madurar es opcional?
Considero que madurar implica aprender de las experiencias, asumir responsabilidades, desarrollar empatía y crecer emocionalmente, más sin encargó madurar, es un acto de valentina que no todos somos capaces de asumir, puedo decir con propiedad que madurar no es cuestión de los años, sino de decir transformar la manera en que vivimos responsablemente, aprendiendo de los errores y enfrentar cada desafío, independientemente de la edad que tengamos, porque a lo largo el tiempo he conocido personas adultas, que son inmaduras y también he conocido jóvenes que son bastante maduros, por lo que podemos decir con seguridad que la madurez es opcional.
Además de esto tengo una última pregunta, si ya envejeciste, ¿Quién te quita lo bailado?

Envejecer es un detalle pequeño al que algunas personas le prestan demasiada atención. Así es estimado amigo, hay mucha gente que le presta demasiada atención a su edad, incluso hasta le tiene fobia, pero no hay nada más inevitable que eso, el secreto está en vivir a plenitud cada día, y cuidar nuestra salud, mientras tanto hay que seguir bailando feliz, que eso nadie nos lo quita 🤗🤪
