I have never had the opportunity to eat in a place like this, hopefully someday I can. We say here that we love ramen, we prepare it in our own style, with what we have at hand, and with sachets or soups that are sold in the supermarket. Although I know that they will never reach the taste of the real ones, prepared in a place specialized in it. Wonderful everything you show us, my friend, it looks delicious. The restaurant was packed! It is the broth that makes the Ramen. I make ramen in the house... the broth is nothing compared to these ones. Did you notice? The broth is silky smooth and milk-like. It was wonderful, @dayadam . and healthy too!
