Soy nueva en Hive, por tanto, es la primera vez que participo en un concurso, y elegí participar en este que me parece tan interesante ya que nos permite abrirnos y conocer nuevas ideas entre nosotras, el poder femenino se hace presente.

I am new to Hive, so this is the first time I participate in a contest, and I chose to participate in this one that I find so interesting because it allows us to open up and get to know new ideas among us, the feminine power is present.
Mi pregunta es ¿qué es lo que más le gusta de esta época del año?
En esta época del año solo puedo pensar en una cosa: Navidad.
Lo que me enamora de esta época es que se siente la unión de la familia, siempre pensando en compartir, en hacer comidas en conjuntos, los primos vienen a casa y podemos contar las mismas historias de infancia que nos hacen reír y sentirnos niños unas vez más, me encanta que aun el clima cambia, todo cambia, todo es alegría, música y celebración.
Aunque para muchos este año ha traído malas noticias, esta es una época de perdón, de reconciliación, de nuevas oportunidades, de festejo y agradecimiento. Me encanta caminar las calles de mi ciudad y ver como todos andan con el mismo estado de ánimo, en todos los negocios se escucha música y se siente la euforia de todos.
Sin duda alguna, lo que más me gusta de esta época es el ambiente de festejo que se crea, y poder disfrutarlo en familia.
My question is, what is your favorite thing about this time of year?
At this time of the year I can only think of one thing: Christmas.
What I love about this time of year is that you can feel the union of the family, always thinking about sharing, making meals together, cousins come home and we can tell the same childhood stories that make us laugh and feel like children once again, I love that even the weather changes, everything changes, everything is joy, music and celebration.
Although for many this year has brought bad news, this is a time of forgiveness, reconciliation, new opportunities, celebration and gratitude. I love to walk the streets of my city and see how everyone is in the same mood, in all the businesses you can hear music and feel the euphoria of everyone.
Undoubtedly, what I like most about this time of the year is the festive atmosphere that is created, and being able to enjoy it with my family.

Hello @delvalle29. You are right about this time of the year being festive. As the season changes to Autumn, and the landscape changes from green to the beautiful colors of fall, you can just feel the excitement in the crisp air. The sights, sounds, food, family, and festivities are savored this time of year.
Yes, this year is different. Many families have lost loved ones. Many more are affected by the pandemic. Celebrating with family this year is important as we don't know what will happen next and what course the pandemic will take.
