I love a good bargain and used to love thrift shopping, I don’t get about as much these days due to limited mobility, but I’m hoping to improve that. Is haggling over priced a thing there?
I remember when I first came to the states and was from a business background and haggled a few lower prices that is not normally something done here! I had forgotten about that until reading your post reminded me of it LOL!
Of course, we don't buy things in the markets here without haggling, except it's at the supermarket where prices are fixed.
