I want to introduce myself. I'm Hazel, I'm an artist and teacher and mother to this wonderful young man Oban.
I teach dance and movement, and have recently starting teaching stop motion animation to the kids at my school. I hope to share some of this work with you in the future.
I love to paint and see if things and play with my dogs. My husband @cottonlazarus and I rescued them when we lived in India.
You'll hear more about them.
We got the wee man a camera for Christmas so he could copy his Dad, and ultimately stop touching his cameras haha, already a hipster with his mirror selfie.
Anyway, I will leave you with this lovely picture of me and Oban. I don't apologise on behalf of Mr Sulley, what a sight.

Awww thanks! We live in Scotland now, Edinburgh to be exact. That is where we were born. He is a little star for sure!

I grew up in India (Delhi) and know what life can be like for them. I live in Edinburgh with my dog too :)

My two boys are almost grown up. It didn't seem so long ago when they were Oban's age. At the time I had so many concerns overwhelming me about raising them.
Working so much I know I missed some special milestones.
