Hello dear friends of this beautiful #ladiesofhive community. This week there are three good questions related to each other:
1️⃣ But, really, would this work, a society of all women? —(barring, of course, the reproductive concerns of keeping our civilization in existence) — Could women live and work together in peace, building each other up? Or would basic human nature interfere and create rivalries and contention? What do you think?
2️⃣ And, conversely, would it work to have a society of all men? —(barring, again, the reproductive concerns of keeping that civilization in existence) — Could men live and work together in peace, building each other up? Or would basic human nature interfere and create rivalries and contention? What do you think?
3️⃣ Which society would have the best chance of survival? And why?
Let me remind you what the bible says about men and women:
Genesis 1:26-28
Creation of man and woman
26 And God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness; and exercise [a] dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, over the cattle, over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 27 God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female he created them. 28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves[b] on the earth.”

Based on the fact that women were created as the ideal help for men, we must think that we are made for each other, marriage or union as a couple is a society that complements each other.
But God's idea was not only in company but also in filling the earth with descendants and that is possible only with both sexes.
Would a society of only one sex work?
I think my answer would be NO. I will give you as an example a congregation of priests, a monastery of priests or a monastery of nuns. These religious societies of only one sex have always had bad comments about abuse and about the league that is done in secret. This is because the human being has sexual hormones imposed to perform the sexual act that will lead to the creation of a new being, which is what leads to the population of the earth. It is a command from God.
If so, which society would have the best chance of surviving?
Definitely in my opinion it would be the female sex and I will explain my point of view.
We no longer talk about procreating since there would be no contact between the two sexes, which are essential to create new lives. Women have more stamina in terms of controlling our desire to have sex because if we are not courted we control ourselves more. As they colloquially say: If they don't speak to our ears we don't get upset.
The man, on the other hand, is very vulnerable through his 5 senses and cannot be without a woman for a long time. After all, it is a divine mandate.
Although currently, men know how to do many trades that women do, women have learned to do many jobs that men did not do before, but they are lazier than women to learn.
For these reasons I think that women would be more likely to survive in a single-sex society.

Dejenme recordarles lo que dice la biblia sobre el hombre y la mujer:

Con la base de que la mujer fue creada como ayuda idonea para el hombre debemos pensar que estamos hechos el uno para el otro, el matrimonio o la union en pareja es una sociedad que se complementan uno con el otro.
Pero la idea de Dios no fue solo en compañia sino tambien en llenar a la tierra de descendientes y eso es posible solo con los dos sexos.
Funcionaria una sociedad de solo un sexo ?
Pienso que mi respuesta seria NO. Les pondre como ejemplo una congregacion de sacerdotes, un monasterio de sacerdotes o un monasterio de monjas. Estas sociedades religiosas de solo un sexo siempre han tenido malos comentarios sobre abusos y sobre la liga que se hacen a escondidas. Esto se debe a que el ser humano tiene hormonas sexuales impuestas para hacer el acto sexual que los llevara a la creacion de un nuevo ser, que es lo que lleva a la poblacion de la tierra. Es un mandato de Dios.
En dado caso, que sociedad tendria mas posibilidades de sobrevivir ?
Definitivamente en mi opinion seria el sexo femenino y les explicare mi punto de vista.
Ya no hablamos de procrear ya que no habria el contacto de los dos sexos, que son indispensables para crear nuevas vidas. Las mujeres tenemos mas aguante en cuanto a controlar nuestros deseos de tener sexo ya que si no somos cortejadas nos controlamos mas. Como dicen coloquialmente: Si no nos hablan al oido no nos alborotamos.
El hombre por el contrario es muy vulnerable mediante sus 5 sentidos y no puede estar sin mujer por tiempo prolongado. Al fin y al cabo es un mandato divino.
Aunque en la actualidad, el hombre sabe hacer muchos oficios de los que hacen las mujeres, las mujeres han aprendido a hacer muchos trabajos de hombres que antes no hacian, pero ellos son mas perezosos que las mujeres para aprender.
Por estas razones pienso que las mujeres serian mas propensas a sobre vivir en una sociedad de un solo sexo.

I agree with you @isabelpena! I too believe that God has made us the way we need to be; man and woman together.
Not only do men have the 5 senses as you described, they also can be more aggressive. Being more aggressive has it's own host of issues. The questions for the week are really interesting as they stir our minds and reasons. You have an interesting answers to them. I feel the same way with what you said that women have better control over our desires and that is one advantage.

We have many more advantages, that's just one. That's why I think that the women's society would be the one that can survive better alone. Thanks for your comment friend @ifarmgirl
Has anyone noticed that there are a lot of opposites in the world? For instance, we have day and night, north and south, wet and dry, positive and negative, life and death, male and female, and many more.
Opposites often have a significant impact on each other. In many cases, one opposite cannot exist without the other. For example, light cannot exist without darkness, and hot cannot exist without cold. These opposites are complementary, and together they create balance and contrast in the world.

Oh yes men and women are the opposite that needs each other. It is our nature.

That's true that none of the gender can exist by themselves in this society. There are strengths and weaknesses for both of them and that's where we compliment each other and it keeps going.
